Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Leh Arrival- Rest day

  On your arrival at Leh (Kushok Bakula airport), you will be assisted with a smooth transfer to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and spend the rest of the day by taking rest to get familiar with the high altitude. Also, it is advisable to keep yourself hydrated.

• Day 2 : Leh Local Sightseeing+ Sham Valley

  Begin your day early with a delicious breakfast and prepare for a drive to 'Sham Valley'. Visit the confluence of the Zanskar - Indus Rivers (Sangam), which is also the world highest river rafting point. Experience the world-famous Hall of fame and learn more about the Indo-Pak wars and the martyrs. Visit the Magnetic Hill, where you can witness the unusual phenomenon of vehicles sliding uphill on neutral gear. While returning to Leh, visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib Later in the day you will visit the Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and Leh Market. Dinner & Overnight at hotel in Leh.

• Day 3 : Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass.

  Morning , after breakfast , start your drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass which is situated around 18360 ft. It is the highest motorable pass in the world. By the afternoon reach Nubra Valley; upon reaching Nubra Valley check in at your hotel/ camp. After some leisure, set out to visit white Sand Dunes, Double humped Camels (camel ride on direct payment basis) and Diskit Monastery. After the enjoyment, back to your hotel/camp and have dinner.

• Day 4 : Nubra Valley (Day tour to Turtuk Village).

  After a delicious breakfast, drive towards Turtuk. Turtuk is the last outpost in India after which the Gilgit-Baltistan begins and is one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier. The place is culturally, linguistically, and historically different from what you’ve seen till now in your Ladakh holiday. Even the landscape is different with dramatic narrow valleys and steep mountains, unlike Central Ladakh and Nubra. Comparatively, situated at a lower altitude than Leh, you’ll see green pastures here that yield fresh produce like apricots and apples. Following visit, return back to Nubra for your dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Changla Pass

  Morning you will drive to Pangong Tso. Enjoy the views of towering mountains during the journey from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Changla pass. You will get to see Changla pass on the way. On arrival at Pangong, check-in at the camp and get delighted in the sheer bliss of nature. Witness the change of color of the Lake and the unmatched beauty of the sunset over the lake. The most notable feature of this lake are its ever-changing hues. Pangong Lake is one of the most amazing lakes in Asia where one can witness interplay of colors. • Day 7 : Hanle - UmlingLa – Tso - Moriri Stay

  After breakfast check out from Hanle and drive Umling La pass Umling La Pass is the most famous highest motorable roads situated at an elevation of 19,300 feet, around 105 km from Hanle Village,s Umling La characterized by extremely thin air, which makes even normal breathing very difficult. After that drive to Tso- moriri Lake via Ya Ya Tso (Lake) enroute cross Nurpa Pass (16,100 Ft) Later cross Mahe Bridge, on the way to the Lake.. Arrival at Korzok by late noon. Evening take a walk around the Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight stay at Korzok (Tso-moriri). Note :- Umling La pass is on elevatio of 19,300ft guest Have Alert about AMS (altitude mountain sickness) is quite common, and you should acclimatize yourself properly before deciding to take a trip to Umling La Pass.Thus, for people suffering from any medical conditions that require a proper intake of oxygen, it is not advisable to make this trip. Health is the real wealth you see. It gets quite cold up there, so proper warm clothing is pretty much required and travelers must pay attention to their health and keep monitoring it, so that they do not miss out on the best experience of their lives.

  After breakfast drive back to Leh visiting Puga Sulphur Mine, Tsokar Lake and through Taklang La Pass (17585 ft) second highest motor able road in the world. On the way visit to Hemis Monastery , Thiksay, Shey Palace and White Lotus School (3 Idiot Movie Ranchu school) Evening free to explore the local markets of Leh. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Leh.

Booking Terms:-

• Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
• Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
• All present applicable taxes are included but if any changes occur in present tax structure then the difference will be charged to the clients accordingly.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 12:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check- out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
• Itinerary once booked will not be modified. In case any changes would be required then clients need to check with the tour executives and any charges applicable will be paid by the clients.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
• Children below 5 years are complimentary sharing parent’s bed. (Milk/Food for infant below 5 years is chargeable and amount can be paid at the hotel).
• The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
• Most of the hotels do not have escalators installed at the premises. So if there’s any request of escalators then please do check with us prior confirming your booking.
• AC will not be functional anywhere in hilly areas in the vehicles.
• AC / fan will not be available in the hotels in hilly areas so please check with us if you have any such request before confirming your booking.
• Travel Himalayaz will not be responsible for any cancellation happens in the land arrangements due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, political insurgencies, strikes etc.
• Gala dinner charges are not included in the package price unless clearly mentioned. Many hotels make gala dinners mandatory during festivals like Christmas and New Year. Such charges are to be paid by guests directly at the hotel and are non-refundable.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

• For Package confirmation you need to deposit 50% Payment. We will issue the booking voucher only at the receipt of 50% Payment. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will be considered as Cancelled. (Please do email the screenshot of the mode of advance payment for our records).
• PREPONE AND POSTPONE:
• For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
• INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.

CANCELLATIONS:-

• If the Client wishes to amend or cancel the booking for any reason including death, accident, illness, or personal reasons (including non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover applicable cancellation charges.
• All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The advance amount paid is non-refundable, in addition to the forfeiture of the tour deposit amount.
• There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
• If any amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, the Company will recover applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.
• Any amendment to the original booking must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company's receipt of the same.
• The mentioned cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours published by the Company. For additional services such as air/train tickets or third-party products, cancellation terms of the respective provider will apply.
• The Company also reserves the right to recover service charges incurred while booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
• Further cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
• 30 days or more before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.
• 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
• 14 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
• 07 to 01 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Travel Himalayaz Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Himachal Pradesh, India.
