Arrive at Jomo Kenyata International Airport (NBO). The staff will be waiting for you to say welcome “Karibu”. Once you finish with customs and immigration formalities, you will go by car or transfer to the hotel. You will have your first contact with your motorbikes BMW G 650 GS, a small briefing and explanations for the trip. During the evening, you will have a welcome dinner.

The first day, your route will be easy and not very long. It will help you as a first contact with the BMW G 650 GS and get used to driving on the left side of the road if you are not. You will pass immense green tea plantations, which due to its perfect climatology and to an ideal altitude, is one of the best teas of the world. You will finally arrive at Kisumu, the most important city next to Lake Victoria.

This is going to be a very entertaining day. You will spend the whole day riding through small roads that are ideal for our BMW 650 bikes. You will go through the area of Kericho, which is famous for the tea plantations to reach one of the most interesting places of your trip, Maasai Mara National Reserve, hundreds of kilometers of savannah populated by many thousands of animals. You will have a unique opportunity to enjoy wild nature while riding the bikes. Here you can find herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, gazelles and even a pride of lions.

It is a relaxing day for the bikes. You will go on safari in the morning and in the afternoon by a 4 x 4 vehicle to deep knowledge Maasai Mara National Reserve. You will have the opportunity to go near and to take pictures of the animals. From your bikes, it is too dangerous. There will be lions, elephants, buffalo, etc. There is also the possibility of flying in a hot air balloon.

In the morning, you have the choice to go on a boat ride (optional). You will ride to Nairobi through a track that will lead you to the Ngong Hills and from here you will reach Nairobi on a tarmac road.
