Hoa Lu temples are ancient temples built in honor of the first two emperors – Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh. Vietnamese lunch will be served in local restaurant. After lunch, you will relax in Trang An eco-tourism attraction. Taking a boat trip in this area will offer us a wonderful view of natural landscapes with majestic mountains, valleys, forest, and grottoes altogether. Transfer back to Hanoi and stay overnight in the hotel.

You will have a chance to discover Phong Nha cave includes 14 chambers, connected by an underwater river that runs for 1.5 kilometers. Continue to Tien Son cave which was discovered by a local inhabitant by accident in 1935. The entry mouth of Tien Son is 1 km from Phong Nha cave, at an altitude of 200 meters. This area still bears the scars of the massive bombardments that took place – the few remains of the many camps and combat bases, the barren ground pockmarked with craters, and the tens of thousands of graves in the National Cemetery, are solemn reminders of war. Arrive in Hue in the afternoon, check in your hotel, relax and enjoy free time in the old capital city.

What you’ll see there will reveal much about the lives of Hoi An merchants long ago. You will visit the workshop making traditional; meet the artisans and try your skills to create your own lantern to take home. The afternoon we drive to visit My Son holyland, a unique beautiful sanctuary world of the ancient Cham religion. Between the 4th and 13th centuries a unique culture which owed its spiritual origins to Indian Hinduism developed on the coast of Viet Nam. This is witness to the remains of a series of impressive tower-temples located in this area.

On arrival, you will take a local boat and then cruise along Ham Luong River, a tributary to the Mekong River. This is the homeland of a coconut tree in Vietnam so you will have a chance to visit local workplaces to find how local people make their crafts. Touring around the village roads by “Xe Lôi”, the local vehicle, which is a kind of motorized rickshaw. Kayak through the natural canals to get a real experience of the peaceful beauty of the Mekong River as well as the rural life there.
