05:00 PM – Chinatown (Yaowarat Road): Head here as the sun sets. It’s one of the world's best street food hubs. Try the oyster omelets, charcoal-grilled buns, and bird’s nest soup.

08:00 PM – Rooftop Drinks: End your night at a rooftop bar like Eagle Nest or Sala Rattanakosin for a view of Wat Arun lit up at night.

07:30 AM – Half-Day Trip to Maeklong Railway Market: Watch the famous market that sits directly on train tracks. Vendors pull back their awnings every time the train passes.

Morning: Take a 1.5-hour train or private car to Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam.
