 Health Screening:
o If you’re double-vaccinated and it has been 15 days since your second dose:
o You don’t need an RTPCR test. Carry COWIN certificate with you. Carry ID proof mentioned on the COWIN certificate
o If you’ve gotten no doses, are partially vaccinated (one dose) or it has not been 15 days since the second dose:
o Carry RTPCR report from within 48 hrs. before starting the journey from an ICMR-approved lab You’ll undergo compulsory & free RTPCR test in Port Blair on arrival A single day quarantine in Port Blair, until test results arrive, is mandatory
o RTPCR Negative test report within 48 hours of journey will continue to be mandatory. Any passenger not carrying RTPCR negative report will be sent back to origin on the same day.
o All passengers shall be required to undergo mandatory home or institutional quarantine till result of their on arrival test is released
o Mandatory Free RTPCR Test at the airport on arrival. This Report will arrive in 24 hrs. and till that time the guest needs to quarantine in the hotel (as booked by guest)
o If any passenger tests positive will be sent for institutional quarantine for further treatment.
 Domestic Quarantine:
o Travellers from other states are allowed to travel in Andaman
o 1N in Port Blair Hotel As Booked by the Guest till the RTPCR report comes.
o The tourists need to carry COVID-19 negative report from mainland based ICMR approved lab using Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RTPCR). However, the sample for RTPCR test should have been taken within 48 hours prior to starting the journey from the origin station. (For e.g. if the tourist takes a fight from Delhi at 0600 hrs. on 1st January 2021, the sample for RTPCR test should have been taken not before 0600 hrs. on 30th December, 2020).
o If the tourist tests positive during stay in the Islands, he/she will need to undergo institutional isolation as per existing health protocols. The cost of such isolation for govt. facility will be paid by tourist is fixed by the administration from time to time.
o If the patient wants to stay at hotels, he/she can stay in the Hotels if all the conditions below are met:
o Patients are not symptomatic and not more than 60 years old.
o Request/undertaking is made by patient in writing.
o If allowed by doctors.
o Hotels will make necessary arrangement to designate a part of their rooms for institutional isolation for this purpose.
 International:
o International Air passengers are permitted as per MHA order.
 Passenger obligation:
o COVID-19 Negative Certificate is mandatory while travelling.
o All incoming passengers arriving at VSI Airport from 26th December,2020 onwards, shall have to mandatorily carry RT-PCR negative test report issued from a ICMR recognized lab, subject to condition that the RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hours prior to commencement of journey.
o All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
o Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport as directed by the Health Authorities
*Random Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) to be conducted on the incoming passengers at the Airport itself with effect from 07/04/2021.

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
