Day 1

Delhi – Manali (570 Kms/ 12-14 Hrs)

Meals: No Meals
At 5:00 pm report at Delhi Volvo pick up point (on your own) & Depart for Manali to experience a wonderful vacation. Overnight Journey by Volvo.
Exotic Manali offers something special for everyone. It gives peace to mediators, inspiration to Artists, Daring Activities for Adventure Seekers etc. On the way to Manali you experience the cool breeze already taking all your stress away, soothing you from serene environment and surprising you from its jaw- downed landscapes.

Day 2

Arrival In Manali + Local City Tour (3 - 4 Hrs)

Meals: Dinner Only
Reach Manali Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata) Vaishnu, etc.), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious),Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, Overnight stay.

Day 3

Manali – Solang Valley (14 Kms) – Manali

Solang Valley Rohtang Pass

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

Please Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will be on subject to availability of permit on the spot with additional cost on sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement & Rohtang is closed on every Tuesday.

Day 4

Manali – Kullu – Manikaran (85 Kms/ 4 Hrs)

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), to visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and explore the local Market. Later proceed to Manikaran enroute cover Vaishno Devi Temple. Later at 5 pm return to Manali. Manikaran is an important pilgrimage site as it offers Religious Ram Temple & Impressive Gurudwara (It is famous for hot Water spring which can boil Rice, Dal etc. within 5 min which impresses each & every Visitor). Overnight stay.

MANALI – KULLU – KAIS MONASTERY – NAGAR CASTLE – ROERICH ART GALLERY – MANALI
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), to visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and explore the local Market. Later drive to Kais Monastery, Naggar Castle (Which was once the residence of Raja of kullu is now popular for Shooting of National / International Movies due to its overwhelming sceneries) and Roerich Art Gallery (displays the art of famous Russian Painter Nikolai Roerich which enchants every visitor by its Fabulous Painting & Serene surroundings). Later at 5:00 pm return to Manali. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5

Manali – Delhi (570 Kms)

Meals: Breakfast Only
Today check out @ 10:00 am from the hotel and then you are free to explore Local market, Van Vihar (Dense Forest with deodar tress) & Tibetan Monastery in Market by own. At 4:30pm report at Manali Private Volvo Stand & return to Delhi.

EXTRA PERSON COST

Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.
Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.
Note: In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.

Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter .

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
