4. Changes to Itineraries
Safari Talk Tours reserves the right to alter routes, accommodations, transport, or itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be made with the client's best interests in mind.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, travel insurance, and any other required travel documentation before the start of the trip. Safari Talk Tours is not responsible for costs incurred due to missing or invalid documentation.
6. Liability
Safari Talk Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as lodges, airlines, transport companies, and parks. While every effort is made to ensure safe and enjoyable travel, Safari Talk Tours shall not be held liable for loss, damage, injury, delays, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its control including accidents, illness, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
7. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, personal injury, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other travel-related risks.
8. Health and Safety
Clients must inform Safari Talk Tours of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements prior to travel. While guides will take all reasonable precautions during safaris and excursions, clients are responsible for following guide instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
9. Accommodation and Transport
Safari Talk Tours works with selected lodges, camps, and transport providers to ensure quality service. However, standards and facilities may vary depending on the location and category of the safari package.
10. Wildlife and Environmental Responsibility
Safari Talk Tours promotes responsible tourism. Clients must respect wildlife, follow park regulations, and avoid any activities that may harm animals, ecosystems, or local communities.
11. Force Majeure
Safari Talk Tours shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
