4 Nights / 5 Days
Morning/Afternoon: Arrive in Nashik. You can travel by air to Nashik Airport (Ozar Airport) or by train to Nashik Road railway station. A tour representative will transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
Late Afternoon: Begin your spiritual tour in the Panchavati area, the historical heart of the city. Visit the Kalaram Temple, a beautiful temple with a black idol of Lord Rama.
Evening: Head to Ramkund, a sacred bathing tank on the banks of the Godavari River. It's a key site for the Kumbh Mela and believed to be where Lord Rama bathed. You can also explore the nearby Sita Gufaa (Sita's Cave), a small cave with idols of Lord Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana.
Morning: After breakfast, embark on a pilgrimage to the Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. This temple is located at the source of the Godavari River and is a major pilgrimage center.
Afternoon: Visit the Pandavleni Caves, a group of ancient rock-cut caves dating back to the 1st century BCE. These Buddhist caves are a fascinating example of architecture and offer a glimpse into the region's history.
Evening: Enjoy a relaxing evening at Someshwar Waterfall, a scenic spot on the Godavari River. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty. There is also a Balaji Temple nearby.
Morning: Experience a different side of Nashik by visiting one of the city's famous vineyards. A tour of Sula Vineyards is a popular choice. You can learn about the winemaking process and enjoy a wine tasting session.
Afternoon: You can also visit York Winery, another well-known vineyard, for a different perspective on the local wine industry.
Evening: Visit the modern Muktidham Temple, a complex of temples made of white marble. It features replicas of all twelve Jyotirlingas, making it a spiritually significant site.
Option 1: Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur: Take a day trip to the revered pilgrimage sites of Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur. You would visit the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple and the famous Shani Shingnapur Temple, which is known for its unique culture of having no doors on its homes.
Option 2: Aurangabad and Ellora Caves: An alternative is a day trip to Aurangabad to see the magnificent Ellora Caves, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. This would be a long day of travel but an incredible opportunity to see the ancient rock-cut temples.
Morning: After breakfast, you might have some free time for last-minute souvenir shopping or to revisit a favorite spot.
Late Morning/Afternoon: Check out from your hotel and get transferred to the Nashik Airport or railway station for your onward journey, filled with memories of your trip.
