Day 1

LEH – ARRIVAL

Leh Palace

Day Services: Transfer to Hotel & Stay.
Major Attraction: Leh Market, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame and Shanti Stupa

Arrival at Leh Airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the pre – booked Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest and acclimatization. Welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Later, on your own explore the Leh Market, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame and Shanti Stupa. Overnight will be at the Hotel.

Standard check in Time 12:00PM and early check in will be subject to availability and extra cost will be applicable as per the hotelier policy.

Day 2

LEH – SIGHT SEEING

Day Services: Breakfast, Transportation, Dinner & Stay
Major Attction: Shey Palace, Thiksay & Hemis Monasteries and Stok Palace Museum, which was founded in the 14th Century along withSindhu Ghat.

After breakfast drive to visit The Shey Palace, Thiksay & Hemis Monasteries and Stok Palace Museum, which was founded in the 14th Century along withSindhu Ghat. Sindhu Ghat is situated upstream the Indus River from Leh near the Shey Palace. The Sindhu (Indus) River originates near Mansarovar Lake in the Tibetan Plateau and further enters into India and flows through the Leh Valley and then enters Pakistan. India gets its name from this river and is one of the seven most sacred rivers of India. Later return to hotel for dinner and over-night stay.

Day 3

LEH – NUBRA VALLEY

Day Services: Breakfast, Transportation, Stay at Camp and Dinner.
Major Attraction: Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass Diskit Monastery.

After an early Breakfast leave for to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, which is the Highest Motor-able road in the World at 18,380 ft. Arrive at Diskit by Afternoon. Later we explore the Diskit Monastery; which was founded in the 14th Century, and is one of the largest of the Buddhist Monasteries. Return to hotel for dinner and over-night stay.

Day 4

NUBRA – PANGONG (222 KMS/ 8-9 HRS)

Pangong Lake

Day Services: Breakfast, Dinner, Stay & Car
Major Attraction: Pangong Lake

After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Pangong lake. The clear water of this lake reflects sky color giving it a effect of changing colors from blue to turquoise/ light pink and so on throughout the day & night. Another amazing fact about this lake is that it freezes completely during winters despite being saline. Overnight stay will be in Pangong camps.

Day 5

PANGONG – LEH RETURN

Day Services: Breakfast, Dinner, Stay & Car

Pack up your luggage and drive back to Leh. Reach the town and spend a comfortable night stay in hotel.

Day 6

LEH DEPART

Day Services: Breakfast & Car

After breakfast, check out from the hotel & bid farewell this marvellous town. Our transporter will drop you off at the Leh Airport for your onwards journey.

Note

TravelTrails have listed the maximum number of sightseeing that can be covered in a day. However, few places may not be possible to visit due to heavy snowfall / traffic jams/ limited time/ closed roads or monuments/ unforeseen incidents etc.

THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE TRAVEL

Avoid travelling if you do not feel physically fit or check with your doctor before embarking for Leh Ladakh Trip.
Please carry Identity Proofs (Driver License/Adhaar/PAN), Passport size Photographs and at least 5 photocopies of Permits.
Since Leh Ladakh region is a remote area, do not forget to keep extra cash, battery backups.
Carry AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) Relievers, Portable Oxygen Cylinders, Medical Kit, Hygiene and Cosmetic products.
If symptoms of AMS persist, shift to lower altitude place. You can resume your trip as soon as you feel confident to move forward.
Appetite and digestion changes with high altitude so stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals, smoking and alcohols.
Carry Warm, comfortable and waterproof clothes along with some summer apparels.
Leh Ladakh faces high connectivity issues and only Post-paid numbers (esp. BSNL nos.) work in this region.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

For All Package booking 50% advance payment required.
According to hotel policy especially in 4* and 5* we required 100% payment at the time of booking.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
For international packages 100% advance payment required at the time of booking.
For Train and Flight 100% advance payment required at the time of booking.
In case of non-payment either advance or remaining the company has full right to stop the services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings canceled within 15 days of travel date or
No show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
TravelTrails have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, TravelTrails will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
