Upon arrival into Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our driver guide and transferred to Mount Meru Hotel. Overnight at Mount Meru Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.
After breakfast, drive to Arusha National Park with picnic lunch. This takes about 1h30 hours. You will get to know the Ngurdoto Crater, Momella Lakes, highland montane forest, and the rugged Mount Meru (4,565 m/14,977 ft). Explore the park with a guided canoeing tour on the lake. The park has a wealth of wildlife including Columbus Monkeys, velvet monkeys, bushbucks, buffalos, red forest duikers, hippos, elephants, and giraffes. Birdlife, especially waterfowl, is abundant and interesting. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Overnight at Mount Meru Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart with picnic lunch to lake Manyara. Arrive in Lake Manyara national park for game drive, which is the best time to view animals in this park. When you approach it from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade. Other animals frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others. Game drive until sunset then proceed to you lodge in time to freshen up before dinner. Overnight at Mawe Mawe Manyara lodge on full board basis.

After breakfast you depart for Ngorongoro. You stop at Olduvai Gorge . The Gorge acquired its name from the Sansevieria bush that grows profusely in the area. Then proceed into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. A highlight awaits you to explore what is commonly referred to as the world’s largest wildlife zoo. You’ll descend through 2,000 feet into the crater with picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Due to its size and diversity, the crater floor is comprised of several distinct areas, ranging from forest, swamps, lakes and springs, to open grassland and some sandy dunes. With more than 30,000 resident animals, it is an awe-inspiring wildlife experience. Proceed to your lodge Overnight at Kankari Lodge on a full board basis.

After leisurely breakfast you depart for a walk in the elephant caves with a local guide. Then return for lunch in the lodge. Afternoon at leisure in the lodge’s swimming pool. Overnight at Kankari Lodge on a full board basis.

Departing Ngorongoro after breakfast you drive to Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch. Arrive in Tarangire national park for game drive until sunset then proceed to you lodge in time to freshen up before dinner. Overnight at Sangaiwe Mbuyu lodge on a full board basis.

Leisurely breakfast in the camp and then depart from the camp with picnic lunch box or have hot lunch in the camp depending on your departure international flight timing. Arrive in Kilimanjaro international airport for your international flight back home.

After issuance of invoice, 30% deposit to be received after 14 days so as we can secure the booking.
50% of the amount to be received 60 days before clients’ arrival.
20% of the amount to be paid in cash upon arrival on the second day before the start of the safari.
Contrary to the above conditions, the client can also opt to pay the 30 % deposit to secure the booking with hotels/lodges and then pay the rest of the full amount 45 days before clients’ arrival so that they can avoid carrying lots of hard cash and avoid multiple bank charges.
The parties shall agree the terms of cancellation specifically on each case.
But under law of the Tanzania , the Hotels and Caterers can legally levy the following cancellation charges:-
Until 60 days prior to departure : 30% of the full amount
Less than 60 days prior to departure : 50% of the full amount
Less than 30 days prior to departure : 75% of the full amount
Less than 14 days prior to departure : 100% of the full amount.
