Part 4: Accomodation
1. Due to differences in economic development, hotel facilities in Kenya are generally 1 to 1.5 stars lower thanhotels of the same star rating in other countries especially in tourist destinations outside Nairobi. 2. Hotels do not provide disposable items such as slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste; guests should preparethese themselves.
3. Scenic area hotels typically allow a maximum of three single rooms per tour group. If more than threesinglerooms are required, the cost will be calculated based on double-room rates. 4. Hotels inside Kenya’s national parks are usually lodges or tented camps. They offer beautiful, tranquil surroundings far from the bustle of the city, but the facilities are relatively basic. To preserve their natural charm, rooms generally do not have telephones, televisions, air-conditioning, electric kettles, or similar equipment.
5. Hotels in tourist destinations outside Nairobi have limited electricity supply typically only from6:00 p.m. to7:00 a.m. There is no electricity between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
6. In-park hotels rely on water transported from other areas. Please conserve water. Hot water for showers issupplied at scheduled times.
7. When checking in, please confirm the specific water and electricity supply times for each hotel with your tour guide.
8. Kenya’s electricity is 220V/50Hz, and sockets use the British-style three-pin rectangular plug. Before departure, please bring your own adapter plug. It is recommended to purchase a quality adapter fromalarge department store or reputable electronics retailer; avoid cheap adapters to prevent damage toyour devices.

1. The above itinerary is a guide only. Our agency reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to local hotels (same star rating), vehicles (of the same standard), and itineraries(forward and backward adjustments only) due to itinerary changes caused by flight, transportation, visa, and other factors, as well as force majeure outside of Africa.
2. There is no globally published star rating system for hotels in Africa; resorts are pricednationally and assigned a local star rating based on size, location, and amenities. The star rating reference standard is based on the hotel's location, facilities and other standardized
qualifications issued by the Kenyan government. Hotel star ratings published on unofficial websites are the website's own standards.
3. When on the Naivasha Lake boat adventure abroad, please remain seated in the cabinanddonot stand. Any consequences of this will be at your own risk.

9. Kenya's scenic areas are mostly unpaved and in poor condition. Minor problems mayoccur due to bumpy roads. This is normal and our drivers will promptly resolve them. Thankyoufor your understanding.
10. Warm reminder: Most hotels in national parks are located in wildlife reserves and are surrounded by electric fences to prevent animals from entering. However, there are a fewhotels that do not have electric fences. To ensure safety, please ask the hotel to arrange for someone to accompany you when you travel.
11. Kenya is a country where tips are given. If you need help from others, you can give anappropriate tip as a token of your gratitude.
12. Please be sure to purchase insurance before traveling. We will do our best to assist youincase of personal injury or property loss caused by uncontrollable factors such as traffic accidents, natural disasters, criminal offenses, and flight and ship delays, but we will not assume any liability for compensation.
13. If you have stricter hygiene requirements for towels, bath towels, and bedding, please bringyour own supplies.
14. Please check the actual situation of the hotel on your own. Conditions in Africa are limited. Please understand Africa in advance to have a pleasant trip.
15. Drones are prohibited in Kenya. Please strictly abide by this to avoid unnecessary trouble.
Part 6: Things to note when Travelling to Kenya
1. Driving: 7-seater, open-top tour buses are typically used. Each bus can accommodate amaximum of 6-7 tourists. Please maintain hygiene on board. Place cigarette ashes, fruit peels, and other trash in a designated trash bag, which the driver will dispose of immediately. Donot throw them outside the vehicle.
2. Road Conditions: ① Road conditions between national parks are not very good. After rain, the roads leading to the national parks are often washed away. ②Driving times are long. Forexample, the 260-kilometer drive from Nairobi to Masai Mara takes approximately 7hours.
Please always fasten your seatbelt during long journeys. ③ Dust may formduring the journey, so please use masks provided in advance.
3. Rest stops: Due to the long journey, the driver may need to stop for rest breaks. There areshops selling handcrafts in the rest areas, but these are not designated tourist stores. Anypurchases made during your trip are entirely your own, so please exercise due caution. Thetravel agency assumes no responsibility.
4. Due to the poor road conditions in Kenya's national parks, wildlife reserves, and protectedareas, many roads are primitive. Also, due to the peak season in Kenya, vehicles mayrequiretemporary repairs in scenic areas. We ask for your understanding.
5. Please note: Nairobi, Kenya's capital, is not a safe place. When driving through crowdedareas like downtown or markets, please keep your windows closed to prevent local criminalsfrom reaching out and snatching your phone or camera.
6. Bring an adapter. Fully charge your camera before bed every night, and if possible, bringanextra battery. Also, keep your phone and power bank fully charged, whether you're photographing animals, taking photos of the scenery, or using social media apps. Frequent use of these devices can make it difficult for your battery to last a day. 7. Kenya accepts US dollars and Kenyan shillings.
8. Get a yellow fever vaccination two weeks in advance. Note: Please bring your "YellowBook" administered 20 days in advance upon entry into Kenya. The YellowBook, alsoknown as the International Certificate of Vaccination, is a mandatory document for travel toAfrican countries. Authorities have established this document primarily to ensure that touristsand personnel entering and leaving Kenya do not introduce or carry infectious diseases intoor out of Kenya. Vaccination is essential due to the humid climate and diverse biodiversityofAfrican countries. These certificates are subject to occasional spot checks upon entry. Onceyou have obtained the vaccination, please keep it with your passport and do check it in. 9. Please carry essential medications, sunscreen, lip balm, and sun-protective clothing. Kenyaislocated on the equator. Due to its high altitude, the climate is tropical Savannah. The temperature difference between day and night is significant. Therefore, wear short sleevesduring the day and long sleeves at night. Wearing long pants during the night will keepyouwarm and protect you from mosquito bites at night. The recommended outfit is two pairs of long pants, two short-sleeved shirts, and a shirt. A thicker jacket is essential for cooler nights. Also, Africa's ultraviolet rays are strong, so a sun hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses are essential. Safaris are also dusty, so it's best to bring a headscarf or mask.
10. Obey local laws and regulations and do not feed wild animals.
11. Venturing out after dark is strictly not advised.
12. Friendly reminder: Please carry valuables with you to avoid loss. Traveling in Kenya will vary depending on the destination and hotel you stay at. Please carefully check that youhaveall your belongings with you upon check-out to avoid leaving them at the hotel, whichcanbeextremely difficult to retrieve.
Part 7: Travel Tips:
1. Group rates are based on two people sharing a room. If a single man or woman is travelingalone, we will try to accommodate them by sharing a room with other travelers of the samegender or using an extra bed. If this is not possible or the travel agency is unable to accommodate you, please pay the single room supplement to obtain a single room.
2. Please carefully consider local purchases, prioritizing quality and price. Please keep all receiptsand request receipts if provided.
3. The decision to issue a visa or endorsement, as well as entry and exit, rests with the embassy, consulate, and relevant authorities. If a visa or endorsement cannot be processed promptlydueto personal reasons or issues with the provided documents, or if a visa or endorsement is refused by the relevant authorities, resulting in entry and exit being denied, the traveler will beresponsible for any visa fees and other expenses. If you have obtained your own visa, pleaseprovide a valid passport and a copy of the visa for name verification and visa expirationdate. Any travel interruptions caused by issues with your own visa will be your sole responsibility.
4. To avoid delays, please arrive at the airport 180 minutes before your international flight departure to complete check-in and immigration procedures. For itineraries involvingdomesticflights, please arrive at the airport 60 minutes before your flight departure to complete check-in.
5. Tour departure notifications will be sent at least one business day prior to departure. If confirmed, we will notify you immediately.
6. Unauthorized departures from the tour are not permitted (except for free time). We apologizefor any inconvenience this may cause.
7. Optional activities recommended during free time are suggested only. Participation is at yourown expense. If you choose to participate, you will need to sign a separate written agreement during the itinerary. If some activities are insufficiently booked, they may not be availableorfees may be adjusted accordingly.
8. Please be responsible for your purchases at stores and keep your receipts. Purchases arenot mandatory, but please cooperate with the tour group. Return Requirements: a)Items must bereturned intact and presented with the purchase receipt. b) Customers are responsible for anyprocessing fees incurred when purchasing items with a credit card. c) Since the items arenot sold by our company, we will coordinate returns with the merchant. Please understandthat returns and exchanges must be mailed to the merchant.
9. If there are any free time items during the tour, you have the right to choose whether toparticipate. If you voluntarily participate, you must sign a separate written agreement withyourtour guide/leader. If you are listed on the national list of dishonest debtors by a court, youmaynot be able to travel normally. Please verify this information before signing up to avoidunnecessary losses.
Part 8: Relevant Laws:
1. Kenya has implemented a plastic bag ban since August 28, 2017. All persons (includingtourists)are prohibited from using, manufacturing, or importing plastic bags. Violators, upondiscoveryand conviction, face heavy fines or imprisonment. Therefore, travelers to Kenya are strictlyprohibited from bringing any single-use plastic bags into the country. Do not bring anyplasticbags into the country, whether in checked or carry-on luggage. Violators face heavy fines andimprisonment! (The maximum penalty is four years imprisonment and a fine of US$30,000toUS$80,000.)
2. Wildlife products, such as ivory and ivory products, or rhino horn and products, are prohibited. Please do not purchase or bring any of these items into the country. You will be responsibleforany consequences. (Each country has corresponding legal provisions. Those who enter or transit with ivory will be detained, imprisoned and fined according to the laws of that country.)
Part 9: Scenetic Sports Tour
1. While viewing wildlife in a national reserve or national park, you are not permitted toexit thevehicle and must remain inside. (Tourists are only permitted to exit briefly within the Maasai Mara National Reserve to eat lunch (packed lunch boxes) or to park in designated areas. Also, do not stick your head or hands out of the vehicle window, as this may result in a wildanimal attack. Throwing food or objects at animals is also prohibited, as this may result in significant fines from the reserve or prosecution by local authorities. Also, avoid making loud noises, asthis may startle the animals and cause an accident.
2. If you see the Maasai, a local ethnic minority wearing red clothing, on the road, please donot take photos of them or their animals without their consent, as this violates their tabooandmaylead to demands for tips or the photographer's camera or belongings.
3. Small animals are numerous in the park and may crawl into your vehicle and steal your belongings. Please take good care of your belongings, especially your passport, to prevent themfrom accidentally taking them.
4. The tour guide may adjust the itinerary according to actual circumstances without reducingthenumber of attractions. If force majeure such as weather, traffic jams, strikes, etc. causes theitinerary to be unable to visit the attractions normally, the travel agency will have the right toadjust the attractions or refund the loss according to the ticket price after returning tothecountry;
Part 10: Photography Notice:
Kenya is undoubtedly a photography paradise, especially during the Great Migration, whenit'saprime time for photography. While enjoying your photography, please note the following:
1. Upon entering Kenya, please complete the photographic equipment declaration formtruthfully. 2. Please be patient when customs officers ask for inspection. Kenyan customs officers mayaskfor tips, which are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of the travel agency.
3. In Africa, please refrain from photographing uniformed personnel, border guards, customsofficers, police officers, government buildings, the Embassies and other areas. 4. When photographing in Nairobi and along the way, please keep your equipment andother valuables safe to avoid loss.
5. Due to road conditions, Kenyan tour buses are typically 9-seater, convertible, and canaccommodate a maximum of 6-7 tourists per vehicle. For professional photography tours, enthusiasts often carry large amounts of equipment, so a maximum of 4-5 people per vehicleisrecommended. If you need an additional vehicle, please inform us at the time of registration; the cost of the additional vehicle will be borne by the tourist.
6. When shooting in nature reserves or parks such as Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli, you are not allowed to get off the vehicle at will. You can only shoot in an open-top vehicleorin designated areas. Telephoto and wide-angle lenses are required. When taking photos or taking photos with the Maasai, you must obtain their consent to avoid unnecessary disputes.

It is also a favorite of tourists from around the world Kenya's second most famous national park, after the Masai Mara.

Lake Naivasha is located approximately 90 kilometers northwest of Nairobi within Great Rift Valley. Formed by the collapse of a fault line, the lake stretches 20 kilometers from north to south and 13 kilometers from east to west. At its deepest point, it's 20 meters deep. At 1,900 meters above sea level, it's the highest lake in the Rift Valley. Lake Naivasha is one of Kenya's most beautiful freshwater lakes, bordered by vast papyrus swamps and a lakeside "country club." The water is slightly alkalineg.

Lake Elmenteita is a saline lake in Africa, located on the eastern side of the Great RiftValley, about 120 kilometers northwest of Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. The lake covers area of 18 square kilometers and lies at an altitude of 1,670 meters above sea level. In2005, it was protected under the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands. It is part of the System in the Kenya section of the Great Rift Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Lake Elmenteita is home to numerous flamingos and is one of the most important feeding grounds for lesser flamingos. The lake’s abundant algae and plankton provide food large flocks of flamingos and many other water birds. Flocks of red flamingos gathering freely between the blue sky and clear waters make it an excellent destination for photography and birdwatching.

After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara National Park at around 7:00. Upon arrival, we have lunch and take a short rest. We will go out for safari at 16:00 and return to the at 18:00 for dinner and rest.
The Masai Mara Game Reserve is widely considered to be the best game reserve in Africa. Comprising plains, woodlands and riverine forests, it covers an area of 1,670 square kilometers and is influenced by the Serengeti grasslands. The Mara is home to a wide variety of wildlife.
