Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : GUWAHATI – SHILLONG (100 KM / 3 HRS)-

  Welcome to Guwahati. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the airport/Railway Station Proceed to Shillong, also called ‘Scotland of the East” (100 kms 3 hrs). Reach the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional).On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Evening you can visit the local market. Overnight stay in Shillong.

• Day 2 : SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE

  After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (60 kms 1½hrs), which is the wettest place in the world. On the way visit Mawdock view point. At Cherrapunjee visit Saimika Park, Eco Park, Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls, Mawsamai Caves, Rainbow falls. Overnight

• Day 3 : FULL AT CHERRAPUNJEE

  After early breakfast trek to Double decker bridge. Overnight
  
  Located in the thick tropical forest of Meghalaya, cloaked with rain during most part of the year are the fantastic man-made cum natural wonders of the living root bridges. Created by the people of the Khasi tribe, these roots grow from the ancient rubber trees, seen only in the northeast region. These roots are trained by the Khasis to grow in such a manner as be in the form of bridges on the top of a river. These bridges are an amazing alternative to wooden bridges that dwindle with so much rain falling on them. The most popular tourist attraction of Cherrapunjee, these double decker living root bridges are 2 bridges that are stacked one on the other, made because of the entanglement of roots.

• Day 4 : CHERRAPUNJEE- MAWLYNNONG VILLAGE – DAWKI .

  After breakfast visit Mawlynnong Viilage the cleanest village in India (90 Km 2 Hrs)This cute and colourful little village is known for its cleanliness. Visit the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. Visit Dawki along the Bangladesh Border .Overnight stay at Dawki

• Day 5 : DAWAKI- PYNUSLA (MAWRYNGKHANG TREK)

  After early breakfast drive to Pynusla and from there onwards start the Bambo trek. Finish the trek by afternoon and overnight stay

• Day 6 : PYNUSLA- SHILLONG

  After breakfast drive to Shillong. Enroute visit Elephant waterfalls and Shillong view point. At Shillong visit Wards Lake, Golf Course and Overnight stay.

• Day 7 : SHILLONG-KRANG-SURI-PHEPHE FALLS- SHILLONG

  After breakfast visit Krang Suri water fall it is the most magical waterfall you can lay your eyes on. Krang Suri is cut off from the tourist circuit. Located in the Jaintia hills, Krang Suri is blessed with shimmering blue waters and sparkling sunlight. This heady mixture of nature is sometimes known to create a rainbow. It’s truly a magical pool in nature’s wonderland. It is 91 kms from Shillong and should typically should take 2.5 hours.
  
  After that visit Phe Phe Waterfalls and evening return back to Shillong. Overnight Stay

• Day 8 : SHILLONG- SMIT-LAITLUM-SHILLONG

  After breakfast drive to Smit & Laitlum for full day. Evening return back to Shillong Overnight.
  
  Perched in the East Khasi Hills of Shillong, Laitlum Canyons is a little-explored haunt of the mountainous state of Meghalaya. Laitlum translates to ‘end of hills’ and this sublimely beautiful hilltop appears to be true to its name. At Laitlum, all one can see are breathtaking gorges and steep winding stairways that snake their way down to the lush valley.

• Day 9 : SHILLONG-GUWAHATI AIRPORT (120 kms/ 3 hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Guwahati airport for onward destination. If you have time enjoy the view of Brahmaputra river by ropeway.
