Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : NJP Railway station /Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok (125km | 4 Hours)

Upon arrival at the Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station, our representative will meet you and transfer you to Gangtok.

Once you reach Gangtok, check-in to the hotel or resort where you will have the rest of the evening at your leisure. you can choose to relax or explore the famous M G Marg.

Day 2 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing: Tsongmo Lake | Baba Mandir

Wake up this morning and enjoy a scrumptious breakfast before heading towards the famous oval

Travel to Baba Mandir another 17 km beyond Tsomgo lake before making your way back to Gangtok.

Day 3 : Gangtok – Lachen (118 Kms/6 hrs):

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to the Lachen (9,400 ft, 118 Km). Enroute do not forget to visit seven sister waterfalls. Lunch will be offered at a local restaurant on the way. On reaching Lachen check-in to your pre booked hotel by late afternoon. Tonight enjoy local / Indian dinner at the hotel.

Day 4 : Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake (40 kms each side) – Lachung (44 kms/2 hrs):

Today morning we will drive towards Gurudongmar Lake – one of the most sacred lakes in North Sikkim. Only Indian Nationals are allowed to visit this lake. Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest situated lakes in North Sikkim. Remember the altitude here may cause the breathing problem. So, do not exert take it easy. Come back to hotel and have some refreshment and leave for Lachung. Tonight, stay at the hotel in Lachung.

Day 5 : Gangtok (118 kms/6 hrs):

After breakfast at the hotel, take some refreshment and leave for Gangtok. Tonight, stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 6 : Gangtok to Pelling via Ravangla (116 Kms | 4 Hours)

After breakfast this morning you will be getting a transfer to Pelling from Gangtok, with the way passing via Ravangla.

On the way, stop by Buddha Park for seeing the 130 ft high statue of Buddha.

After arrival in Pelling, check in to the hotel to relax. Take in the views of the range of Kanchenjunga from here.

In the evening, you can choose to explore the local markets of the city.

Day 7 : Pelling City Tour

After breakfast in the morning, indulge in an immersive city tour of Pelling, where you will be covering attractions like Rimbi Falls, Kanchenjunga falls, Khecheopalri Lake (a sacred lake and a pilgrimage center for all faiths), which is also known as the wish fulfilling lake.

Day 8 : Pelling to Darjeeling ( 80 Kms | 3.5 Hours)

After having your breakfast this morning, you will be taken to Darjeeling from Pelling. All the way, you will be accompanied by the magical beauty of the Himalayas and the beautiful views of the valleys. Do not forget to click pictures of the amazing snow covered peaks and the green hills.

Reach Darjeeling and check-in to the hotel, where you will have the evening free to spend on your leisure. You can explore the absolute delight of the mall road in Darjeeling.

Day 9 : Tiger Hill and Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Starting the day with an amazing experience, you will be starting early in the morning, at around 4 AM. Climb up to the top of the Tiger Hill to catch the sunrise casting golden lights on Kanchenjunga.

Following this experience will be the visit to the famous Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery.

Return and enjoy a delicious breakfast before proceeding onwards with more local sightseeing. You will be covering attractions like the Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, Tensing Rock, and Japanese Temple

Day 10 : Darjeeling to NJP / Bagdogra (70km | 2.5 Hours)

After your breakfast this morning, you will leave for the NJP station/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB), where you will continue your onwards journey and bring the experience to an end
