Day 1

Arrival, welcome to Phuket Airport –Phuket City Tour

Arrival, welcome to Phuket Airport, one of our guest relation executives will meet with you at airport and accompanies with you, from there you will be headed towards Phuket. Store your luggage at hotel and breakfast. After having breakfast go for Phuket City Tour with Big Buddha –Pvt. Basis. Back to your hotel, check in your hotel. Standard check in time 1500hrs. Early check in is not guaranteed. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at Phuket Hotel.

Day 2

Phi Phi Island Tour

Today morning having breakfast at hotel. After having breakfast go for Phi Phi Island Tour by Speed Boat with Lunch –SIC Basis Transfer. National Park Fee @400THB per person Not Included. Evening back to your hotel and get fresh. Overnight stay at Phuket Hotel.

Phuket –Krabi + James Bond Island Tour

Today morning breakfast at hotel. Check out from hotel and store your luggage at hotel. After that go for James Bond Island Tour Long Tail Boat with Lunch. National Park Fee @400THB per person not included. Evening back to your hotel and get fresh at hotel lobby. Evening, you will be headed towards Krabi Hotel. On arrival check in your hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Krabi Hotel.

Krabi 4-Island Tour

Day 5

Departure

Today morning having breakfast at hotel. The five day is departure time; our English Speaking Driver will pick up you at hotel for the last day of the Thailand Tour Packages 5Days and 4Nights tours. We will pick up at hotel based on your flight details and the direction from the places you stay and then we directly to the airport for departure. Please check your stuff and belonging before we go to airport.

Booking Confirmation Documents:
A copy of Passport & PAN of every passenger.
Return Air Ticket copy of every passenger.
TCS declaration of every passenger.
Remarks:
Check in time at airport is 3hrs ahead of flight departure time. Kindly note that we don't guarantee for the flight punctuality, in case of any delays, we do not have any responsibility for it.
This tour confirmation is granted only after 40% of the package amount is deposited the rest of the 60% must be deported before 05days from journey date. Without full payment one cannot commence their trip. No exception accepted.
Important Notes:
All sightseeing's tours are subject to availability.
Be present at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
Read the Travel Insurance Policy documents for exact wordings, details of the coverage and limitations.
Infants will also incur the Travel Insurance cost.

Rates are not valid on Festival |Event |Surcharge dates.
SIC (seat in coach) pickup time may vary by 30 minutes due to traffic but passenger will have to wait at hotel Lobby as tour voucher wise mentioned time.
Hotel is entitled to collect refundable security deposit as per hotel policy.

Information for Visa: Given information obtained from Embassy and VFS may be subject to change. The embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documents |charges if required and the embassy also holds the right to refuse or rejection the Visa without any explanation. Visa charges will be non-refundable if the Visa have already been processed.
Surcharges as and when applicable will be advised and passengers would be requested to pay the same. Surcharges could be over and above the total package price quoted to the passengers at the time of booking.
The Foreign Exchange rate is volatile |dynamic. Full payment will be collected basis prevailing ROE on the day of final transaction.
The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates. Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
Transfer wherever included are without night surcharges.
No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
Service of Tour Manager is not included in this package.
Sightseeing's tours are strictly based on weather conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without notice.
Management will not undertake any loss |damage of Life & Accident |Theft |Robbery |Political Issue or any happening during the tour.
The tour scheduled may change according to the weather conditions or other's reasons.
As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2 -3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. Tour Basket India would not be responsible for their transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.

Payment Terms & Methods :

40% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
Submission of all relevant documents is the sole responsibility of the Passenger.
In case we book flight tickets, airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100% payment to be made before 5days of departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
