Arrival, Welcome to DPS Airport –Kuta Beach + Jimbaran Beach Special Dinner

Arrival, welcome to DPS Airport, one of our guest relation executive will meet with you at airport and accompanies with you and Balinese flower garland. You will be headed towards Kuta Beach Hotel. Standard Hotel check in time 1500hrs. Early check in is not guaranteed. Check in your hotel and relax. Evening go for Jimbaran beach special dinner. Back to your hotel. Stay overnight at Kuta Beach hotel.

Day 2

Full Day Kintamani & Ubud Tour

Today morning having breakfast at hotel. After having breakfast go for Full Day Kintamani & Ubud Tour. Visit: Celuk & Mas Village, Kintamani Volcano view with Local Lunch, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, 01x Active package Jungle swing, coffee plantation, Tegenungan waterfalls, Ubud monkey forest & Ubud Market. Evening back to your hotel and relax. Stay overnight at Kuta Beach Hotel.

Day 3

Eastern Bali Tour

Today morning having breakfast at hotel. After having breakfast go for Eastern Bali Tour. Visit: Lempuyang Gate, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, Goa Lawah bat Cave & Black Sand Beach. Evening back to your hotel and relax. Stay overnight at Kuta Beach Hotel.

Day 4

Nusa Penida Tour

Today early morning collect package breakfast from hotel. After that go for Full day West Penida Trip. Visit: Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel Billabong Beach, Bubu Beach with Local lunch and snorkeling. Back to your hotel and relax. Stay overnight at Kuta Beach Hotel.

Day 5

Departure

Today is the last day of your Bali Tour, having morning breakfast at hotel. Check out from Hotel. Standard check out time: 1200hrs. You will be headed towards DPS Int. Airport for your onward destination.

Booking Confirmation Documents:
A copy of Passport & PAN of every passenger.
Return Air Ticket copy of every passenger.
TCS declaration of every passenger.
Remarks:
Check in time at airport is 3hrs ahead of flight departure time. Kindly note that we don't guarantee for the flight punctuality, in case of any delays, we do not have any responsibility for it.
This tour confirmation is granted only after 40% of the package amount is deposited the rest of the 60% must be deported before 05days from journey date. Without full payment one cannot commence their trip. No exception accepted.
Important Notes:
All sightseeing's tours are subject to availability.
Be present at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
Read the Travel Insurance Policy documents for exact wordings, details of the coverage and limitations.
Infants will also incur the Travel Insurance cost.

Rates are not valid on Festival |Event |Surcharge dates.
SIC (seat in coach) pickup time may vary by 30 minutes due to traffic but passenger will have to wait at hotel Lobby as tour voucher wise mentioned time.
Hotel is entitled to collect refundable security deposit as per hotel policy.

Information for Visa: Given information obtained from Embassy and VFS may be subject to change. The embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documents |charges if required and the embassy also holds the right to refuse or rejection the Visa without any explanation. Visa charges will be non-refundable if the Visa have already been processed.
Surcharges as and when applicable will be advised and passengers would be requested to pay the same. Surcharges could be over and above the total package price quoted to the passengers at the time of booking.
The Foreign Exchange rate is volatile |dynamic. Full payment will be collected basis prevailing ROE on the day of final transaction.
The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates. Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
Transfer wherever included are without night surcharges.
No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
Service of Tour Manager is not included in this package.
Sightseeing's tours are strictly based on weather conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without notice.
Management will not undertake any loss |damage of Life & Accident |Theft |Robbery |Political Issue or any happening during the tour.
The tour scheduled may change according to the weather conditions or other's reasons.
As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2 -3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. Tour Basket India would not be responsible for their transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.

In case we book flight tickets, airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100% payment to be made before 5days of departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
