Day 1

DELHI TO SHIMLA (HOTEL- TAJ PALACE)

Pickup from Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Shimla, Shimla is 350 Kilometers from Delhi and will take 8:00 -9:00 hours to reach. Enjoy the Scenic Himalayas from the window of your cab when you enter Himachal Pradesh. The cab will pass through Kalka, Parwanoo, Barog and Solan on the way to Shimla. Check-in and overnight stay in Shimla.

KUFRI SHIMLA LOCAL (HOTEL- TAJ PALACE)

Kufri

After breakfast travel towards the famous hill spot of Kufri. Get yourself free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Wild Flower Hall, Kufri. Fagu, and Indira Gandhi Holiday Home. Enjoy horse riding, Yak riding , (optional) in the apple orchids, fun world kufri, Himalayan National Park. In the evening explore Shimla city on foot as vehicle entry is prohibited. You can see prime places of Shimla like Lakkar Bazaar, Ridge, Church, Mall road, Scandal Point, Kali bari temple etc. The ideal time for shopping and eating out at restaurants on the Mall Road. SHIMLA TO MANALI VIA KULLU (HOTEL- SHAMBALA)

Morning checks out from the Hotel & drive to Manali (7-8 Hours), the valley of Gods, is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage. On the way stop a while at Sundar Nagar Lake, Mini Kashi Mandi ,Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Temple, Aut tunnal and Mini Veshno Devi Temple Kullu. Rest of the day at leisure. Night stay in Manali.

MANALI SNOW POINT/SOLANG VALLEY (HOTEL- SHAMBALA)

DHARMSHALA TO DALHOUSIE (HOTEL- DALHOUSIE HILLS)

After breakfast visit to Sightseeing of Dharamshala covering Official residence of Dalai Lama the exiled Tibetan Leader, McLeodganj, Dal lake,Bhagsu waterfall etc. Drive to Dalhousie (4 hrs. 115 kms), situated at 2039 mts in the outer slopes of the Dhaula Dhar range with its natural beauty and natural surroundings. DALHOUSIE TO KAJJIHAR (HOTEL- DALHOUSIE HILLS)

Morning drive to Khajjiar, one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center. This place is also called the Switzerland of India and a stone brought from Switzerland has been installed here. Return to Dalhousie in the evening. Night Stay in Dalhousie.

DALHOUSIE TO AMRITSAR (HOTEL- GRAND HARIDY)

After breakfast Checkout from Hotel in the morning and drive to Amritsar. Amritsar is 190 Kms from Dalhousie and will take 4:00 to 5:00 Hours to Reach. On the way Visit The India Pakistan Wagha Border and Golden Temple in the evening. Night stay at Hotel in Amritsar.

AMRITSAR TO DELHI DROP

Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
- We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
- No discount will be provided after confirmation.

NGT RULES & REGULATIONS:
National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveler visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:
· The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 /- per day, out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
· Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /- for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six seaters (or above) will be charged.
· This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
· Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.

HOW TO BOOK PACKAGE???
For booking confirmation, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
- 40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
- We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost, if and only if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
But please keep in mind that rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of the tour.
- Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
- Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
- If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 7 days in advance via mail.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
- Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 7 days prior to your journey)
- We do not accept any change in the plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes,
the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
- Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
- Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
- Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
- The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
