Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival At Port Blair – Cellular Jail, Carbyn’s Cove Beach And Sound & Light Show

Our staff will receive you at Port Blair airport and will take you to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in at the hotel, take some rest and thereafter the tour will begin to cover Carbyn’s Cove beach, Cellular Jail and Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail. Later return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Port Blair- Ross Island + North Bay

After breakfast, our vehicle will take you to the Rajiv Gandhi Water Complex, where you’ll board a ferry to Ross Island. You can explore the colonial ruins while enjoying the island’s scenic views and natural beauty. After exploring Ross Islands, the ferry will then bring you back to Port Blair.. Later you’ll be taken to North Bay. Overnight at Port Blair hotel/resort.

Day 3 Onward Journey To Havelock Island – Kalapathar Beach + Radhanagar Beach.

Early morning proceed to Jetty to take the onward ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival at Havelock Island, our staff will receive you and will escort you to the hotel/resort. After checkin, proceed to Kalapathar Beach.. Later you’ll be taken to Radhanagar Beach. one of the most scenic beaches of the Islands. Later, return back to the resort/hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 Havelock Island- Elephanta Beach

After breakfast, we sail for Elephanta Beach by sharing boat. The travel time is around 45 minutes to reach Elephanta Beach. This beach has one of the best coral reefs in the world & the underwater marine life is very lively & colorful. Snorkeling shall be provided for the couple out here. Please do not forget to take snacks for the trip and lots of drinking water & changing dress for the day trip or advised. After the completion of the coral island tour, return back to resort in Havelock Island Stay .

Day 5 Havelock - Onward Journey Neil Island

Morning after check-out and breakfast, Sproceed to Havelock Jetty to take ferry towards Neil Island. On arrival at Neil Island, our representative will be there to receive you and transfer to the respective hotel. Check-in at the hotel at Neil Island after proceed to siteseeing to visit beaches at Bharatpur, Natural Bridge and Lakshmanpur. for an overnight stay.

Day 6 Neil Island To Port Blair + Chidiyatapu

After breakfast, you will check out. Our vehicle will drop you at Neil island’s harbor, where you’ll take a ferry to Port Blair. Once you check into the hotel, freshen up and have lunch. In the evening, we’ll take you to Chidiyatapu, where you can enjoy lush green mangroves, a beautiful beach, and a stunning sunset. We’ll then bring you back to the hotel/resort. Overnight at Port Blair hotel/resort.

Day 7 Baratang Island- Mangrove Safari + Limestone Cave

Our vehicle will arrive to pick you up at 03:30 AM. After a 49 Km journey, you will reach the Jirkatang check post. From there, you’ll enter a tribal area where photography and videography are prohibited. Upon reaching Middle Strait, you’ll take a ferry to Baratang Island. Once there, our driver will arrange speed boat tickets for you to enjoy a Mangrove Safari. After a 20-25 minutes ride, you will arrive at the harbor, where you’ll trek approximately 1.5 km to visit the Limestone Caves. Afterward, you can visit the Mud Volcano, with vehicles available for direct payment at Baratang. At evening, return back to Port Blair. Overnight stay at Port Blair hotel/resort.

NOTE: There are two departure times for the Baratang Tour: 03:30 Am and 06:30 AM. For both, you will receive a packed breakfast from your hotel. The 03:30 Am tour includes the Mangrove Safari, Limestone cave, and Mud Volcano, while the 06:30 Am tour covers the Mangrove Safari and Limestone Cave only.

Day 8 Ross And Smith Island.

Ross and Smith Islands, located in Diglipur, North Andaman, are famous for their unique sandbar connection, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant marine life, making them a popular spot for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing.

We will try our best to complete all the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary, but we won’t take responsibility for incomplete tour due to unavailability of ferry/boat tickets, holidays, delays by guest, or any other similar reason.

You are required to read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions before you register yourself /family/friends for any of our tour.
Our Responsibilities:
Prior Booking of selected hotel rooms by making advance/full payment to the hotel.
Designating vehicle for pickup and drop as per the itinerary.
Pre-booking of ferry tickets, entry permits, etc. whichever applicable.
Managing itinerary and informing you about the same during the tour.
If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing on some other day, if time permits.
Our Liabilities and Limitations:
We will not be responsible for any cancellation of ferry to Havelock/ Neil / Port Blair due to weather conditions or any unforeseen events.
Wait time can be possible at many places like when boarding boat for North Bay and Netaji Island (Ross Island), boarding boat for Elephant beach, or at the convoy gate while going to Baratang, etc. We do not have any control on the wait time, please be patient for your turn.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programmed or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
We assume no responsibility for illness or inconvenience from changes in standard of living, utility, food or weather resulting from the service provided or omitted.
We shall not be responsible for death of the tourist while on tour and all applicable rules and procedures of law are to be followed strictly and all the procedures pertaining to the death will have to be tackled and handled by the tourist or their relatives themselves at their own cost and consequences.
Your Responsibilities:
It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
Please take extra dress and towel whenever you visit a beach, as the driver won’t allow you to get into the vehicle, if your clothes are wet. The saline water is primary cause of the vehicle getting rust, so please help us to keep our vehicles running for long.
It is client's responsibility to check and consult, if their schedule is such that they are able to visit all the places. We will not be responsible to reimburse any money in case of closure of museums. City museums, monuments, Jollybouy/Redskin and Baratang remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays.

General Terms And Conditions

Booking and Usage:
A contract will be confirmed between Holidays Andaman Tours and Travels and you when we have sent a confirmation on your tour/hotel booking/or any other travel related services selected by you after receiving your booking request and the 50% deposit amount.
All correspondence/s in respect of Tours/Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. Holidays Andaman Tours and Travels.
Payments:
For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before the commencement of the tour.
We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
Apart from the above in some cases like special boat tickets, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance
Special journeys like Bookings during the festive season X-mas, New Year, Diwali etc., requires advance full payment.
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment by Demand Draft/Cheque.
Hotel Rules, Arrival and Departure Policy:
The tour can start at any time of the day (i.e. in the morning/afternoon) at the first destination depending on the arrival of the respective flight/cruise. The same will be in the case of departure or the last day of the tour.
Usual hotel check-in time is 10:00 AM and Check-out time is 8:00 AM.
The checkout time are strictly based on the hotel's discretion or subject to availability.
Late check-outs are subject to availability and may require extra payment.
Breakfast is not included on day of arrival, and the hotels will charge extra for the same.
A trip to Havelock, Neil, Jolly buoy and Baratang Island starts early in the morning and the hotel will not serve breakfast in the restaurant and will provide packed breakfast, which may include bread, jam and butter. No alternate arrangements will be made for breakfast without extra payment.
A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. Please note that max 01 extra bed or mattress depending on availability is allowed per room.
The hotel does not allow the stay of any other visitors then mentioned in the booking form.
Ferry schedule, rules and policies:
Please note that the ferry timings are subject to change without notice. All ferry transfers are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits and Department of Shipping schedules.
We do not guarantee the sailing of Govt. Ferry / MV Makruzz& in case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same.
To get transfer services from us, you are kindly requested to send all passengers names and ages to book the tickets from Port Blair — Swaraj dweep (Havelock) — Shaheed dweep (Neil) — Port Blair.
The tourist will carry their luggage along with them on ferry. The management/staff are not responsible for loss of their belongings such as cash, valuable articles, mobiles, etc... during the journey.
Our liability is only to value of the ticket and in case of any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to make Holidays Andaman Tours and Travels will not be liable for it.
Extra Charges:
We are not responsible for any charges to be paid to the "porter" or any helper arranged by the tourists at any harbor, airports, at immigration points or any other place. It is the sole responsibility of the tourists to pay tip directly to them.
We are not liable for additional facilities including Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages, food, optional excursions, excess baggage fees, shopping, paid toilet if availed by the tourist, they have to be paid by the tourist only before leaving the hotel, ship/cruise or restaurant, etc. as the case may be.
We are not liable to bear charges for Scuba Diving /
Snorkeling/Fishing/Boating, etc. These have extra charges required to be borne by the tourist.
For NRI tourist, processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
Any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. Of India, after the finalization of the tour would be charged as extra.
The car provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

PAYMENT POLICY AND MODE OF PAYMENT

Minimum 50% of the total amount should be paid at the time of booking and the balance amount must be paid on or before the arrival day, otherwise tour will not be conducted.
We won’t accept payment in any mode other than cash at Andaman and Nicobar Islands in any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
30 days & prior to arrival date: 10% of the total package cost. 15 days to 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total package cost. 08 days to 14 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the total package cost. 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show: NO REFUND.
No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, then the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses that arises.
