• Per person rates (in Rs) - applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room


• Rates applicable for Indian Nationals only. Non Indian Nationals may avail the same package after inquiring about the applicable rate.


• PACKAGE COST DOESN'T INCLUDES PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE DURING DUSHERA, DEEPAWALI, CHRISTMAS , NEW YEAR OR ANY LONG WEEKEND.


• Package cost doesn't includes Mandatory Gala Dinner Charges for Christmas and New Year Evening


• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice


• High season booking (New year, Deepawali long weekend) are non refundable


• There will be no refund for unutilized services / meals.


• Hotel Standard Check in Time is 12 Pm and check out time is 11 am. At Hill stations check out time is 9 am. Early check and Late check out are subject to availability and hotel may charge the guest for the same as per their policy.

• 7- 21 days of Travel 50% cancellation charges.


• 21 - 30 Days of Travel 25% Charges.


• 31 Days before travel date 15% Charges.


• High season booking (New year, Deepawali long weekend) are non refundable.


• There will be no refund for unutilized services / meals.


• GI Hospitality reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.

• Any changes done from 0 (Check in day) to 48 hours (2 Days) before check in will attract 100% of booking amount.


• Any changes or cancellation done between 49 hours (2 days ) to 72 Hours (3 days) of check in will attract penalty of 50% of booking amount.


• Any changes done before 72 hours of check in will attract penalty of 20% of Booking amount.


• No Show will be charged for full stay
