Arrival at Bkk Airport, pick up and transfer to Pattaya Hotel Directly, In evening Alcazar show Overnight stay at Pattaya Hotel.

Note

The first RT-PCR test upon arrival in Pattaya, the agent has to do it for guests.
To arrive Phuket, only a direct flight is allowed as of now or guests have to stay one night in BKK with Test & Go package then connect the flight to Phuket on the next day after the test result comes out
On the 1st test upon arrival day, guests have to stay in the room only. The test result will come out after 24 hours so that we can do the tours. Pls note that if guests will arrive Phuket in the afternoon, PP tour might not have enough time to do it as well as Safari world in BKK as a pick up time for both tours is in the morning
Alcazar remains closed until further notice
all SIC tours can only confirm during weekends and Thai festivals only as the weekdays has less number of tourists “as of now” so it might get cancelled or cannot be operated on group, depends on a current situation on that day. We will refund back in case SIC cannot be arranged or guests can pay extra to our team for a private service on own expense
Important note in case you will buy the insurance from your side :
Make sure that it is immediate effective once guests get through Thailand immigration as there are problems with a cheap rate which will effective 7 days after guests arrive Thailand
Make sure that guests can claim the expense when they go back to India. We’ve faced a few cases that even the insurance company has the office in Thailand but guests cannot claim back as the 2 offices are not related together for Covid insurance
Note : each hotel will issue a confirmation letter once a full payment is done, it takes 1 – 2 working days. It is non-refundable except in case guests got a rejection of Thailand Pass or get a positive test before flying to Thailand. Mentioned information for reference purpose only, kindly cross check with the concerned department to avoid any inconvenience hence we are not liable for any damage cost due to change in any rules regulation by India or Thailand side.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

If cancellation is made before 20 days before the date of travel, then 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees or as per hotel policy

If cancellation is made 20 days before the date of travel, then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees or as per hotel policy

If cancellation is made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees or as per hotel policy
