Japan is a world apart—a cultural Galápagos where a singular civilization flourished in delectable juxtapositions of traditional and contemporary life. The Japanese people have a strong, welcoming spirit. Japan is a great place to travel. It is distinctive enough to provide regular doses of "Wow!" without any drawbacks Even with the language barrier, traveling in Japan is remarkably comfortable, but it never feels like home. The experience of staying in a chain hotel is vastly superior to that of a Ryokan, a traditional Japanese hotel. Although eating raw fish and mountain vegetables while sitting in a robe on tatami mats is not how you eat in your home country, the experience is unbelievably delicious. Japan makes you think, perhaps more than any other country on Earth. A nation that said, "We'll take your technology, but we're keeping our culture" after carefully considering the West. It was never colonized or missionized extensively. It pushes the boundaries of modern technology while still adhering to an ancient pantheist and animist religion. Tens of millions of people can fit into crowded cities without ever losing their temper in this nation.

The albumen and other parts of the egg still look the same as a traditional boiled egg, but it’s the manner in which they are boiled that makes them a little bit special (80 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes in natural spring water. Then steamed at 100 degrees for 15 minutes in steel baskets.) The water that they are boiled in contains sulfur and iron. The black eggs or commonly called "Kuro-Tamago" by the locals are perfectly safe. Overnight at hotel.
