Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Paro Airport – Thimphu

(Distance: 65 kms. / Driving Time: 2 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2350 mts.)
Meet & Greet on arrival at Paro Airport and transfer to Thimphu (7,710 ft.) the capital city of Bhutan. On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening explore the Thimpu town by walk. Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Day 2

Thimphu Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue) a place for refreshing with a huge statue of Buddha on the top of the Kuensel Phodrang, National Memorial Chorten (Monument) & Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon visit Sangaygang View Point, Changangkha Monastery, Takin Preserve Centre, The national animal of Bhutan can be seen here Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion). Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Day 3

Thimphu – Paro Sightseeing

Distance: 65 kms. / Driving Time: 2 hrs. / Altitude of Paro: 2280 mts.)
After breakfast transfer to Paro. On the way visit the Tamchog Lhakhang – It is situated between Thimphu and Paro and it was built in the 13th century by Thangthong Gyalpo. He is also known as the Iron bridge builder. Situated on a hill top, we have to cross an ancient style bridge to reach the temple. On arrival in Paro, check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Ta Dzong – National Museum with an excellent collection of arts, relics, religious thangkha, etc. Rinpung Dzong – Meaning “fortress of the heap of jewels”. The dzong now serves as the administrative and judicial seat of Paro. Overnight stay at Paro.
Day 4

: Paro Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Drukgyel Dzong. Also visit famous Taktsang Monastery – called “Tiger’s Nest” (2hrs hike from the base camp) & Kyichu Monastery. Overnight stay will be at Paro.
Day 5

Paro Airport

After breakfast check out from hotel and drop at Paro Airport for your onward journey.
Hotels serve both Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian food which would be basic & freshly prepared. Specific regional Indian cuisine will not be available. Only the basic Indian Vegetarian / Non – Vegetarian food can be arranged.

Standard Check in Time at hotels is 13:00- 14:00 HRS & Check out time is 11:00- 12:00(this may differ from one hotel to another or may be from one city to other as per the hotel’s policy)

Package cost is subject to availability & can change without prior notice. Rates are not valid during high season/ peak season/festival’s or blackout dates

Payment made via payment gateways using Credit /Debit card will be 2.5 % extra. For payments made Via Pay Pal(valid only for International customer) 7 % charge will be extra on the total invoice

We recommend our guests to be on time for all the services especially for tours & transfers as delay in same would lead to passengers being a no- show, Pretty Planet Travels shall not bear any refund for the same. Any service being unutilized by the guest shall also not be refunded

We make sure we suggest hotels/accommodation with at least 3*** standard and above, it is further clients responsibility to cross check the hotel reviews online before giving us a final go ahead as later changes might not be possible. Further we believe our clients understand that the hotel/accommodation quality or service depends from one hotel to another and cannot be guaranteed by Pretty Planet Travels

For extra person, mattress will be provided and not bed at all places

Double or Twin bed /Smoking or Non Smoking room request can only be requested but cannot guaranteed as the same is subject to availability at the time of check in

It is mandatory to carry a valid travel document (Passport)

Passports should be minimum 6 month valid from travel date

Visa approval/rejection or delay in Visa decision is at the sole discretion of the embassy and Pretty Planet Travels shall not be held responsible in any case

The non - refundable components in the package once booked cannot be refunded in any case, not even in case the embassy denies the Visa.

Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
