Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : MUMBAI TO DELHI

  Today will catch train for our Chardham yatra from Mumbai Train Name:

• Day 2 : DELHI TO HARIDWAR (224km/4.5Hrs)

  Arrive at Delhi in the Morning. Transfer to Haridwar by tempo traveller and check in at Hotel. after fresh-up we will start our sightseen in haridwar – visit to Har Ki Pauri (river Ganga) World famous Ganga Aarti takes place in Brahmakund in the evening will come back to Hotel , have Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 3 : Haridwar To Barkot.

  Today after breakfast Check out from the Hotel and Drive to Barkot via visit Kemoty Fall outer Mussoorie and after that drive straight to Barkot.
  On arrival check in to the hotel, after refreshment having dinner and overnight stay in Barkot.

• Day 4 : Barkot-Jankichatti -(50 km/01 hr) - Yamunotri (06 km Trek)-Back to Barkot same route

  Morning after breakfast drive to Jankichatti by road and from janakichatti and proceed to Yamunotri temple by walk / pony / doli / ( by own ) charges between 800 rs - 3500 rs by evening return to borkot. Will Have Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

• Day 5 : Barkot - Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)

  Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Vishwanath Temple & Others. Later Check in Hotel. Rest day at leisure. Night stay in Uttarkashi.
  Evening will have Dinner , Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

• Day 6 : Uttarkashi - Harsil -Gangotri (100kms/3-4 each side)-Back to Uttarkashi.

  Mornine after breaktast we proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts. enroute we eniov picturesque Harsi village. Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi.
  Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

• Day 7 : Uttarkashi - Guptkashi

  In the Morning after Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to straight to guptkashi. on arrival check in Hotel, have Dinner and Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

• Day 8 : Guptkashi -Sonprayag (30kms by road)-Gorikund- Kedarnath (14 km by Treek one side)

  Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to sonpravag from sonoryag drive to GauriKund by local transport at own cost, on arrival Gaurikund, Trek start from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (16 Km)(can also use poni, ghori, by own cost).
  Reaching in Kedarnath premises, check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Hotel. (in kedarnath Dhamshala, Food is not included , At kedarnath all meals at own)

  Morning after breakfast drive to Helipad on arrival, taking boarding passes and later fly for Kedarnath Helipad on arrival
  Kedarnath helipad go to temple by walk in after reaching check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Kedarnath. (All meals at Kedarnath are at own)

• Day 9 : Kedarnath-Guotkashi (By Same route)

  Early morning visit to Kedarnath Temple and check out from the hotel and back to sonprayag via gorikund by trek and From sonprayag drive to Guptkashi, back to hotel, have Dinner and overnight stay in Guptakashi

• Day 10 : Guptkashi - Joshimath-Pandukeswar/Govindghat - Badrinath (218 kms/7-8hr)

  Morning Breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath and visit Narsingh Dev Temple after that back to Badrinath on arrival check in to the hotel after refreshment visit Badrivishal Temple and dinner overnight stay in Badrianath.

Terms & Conditions

• The Booking:
• A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.
• Deposit
• Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
• Payments:
• For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance
• Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.
• Once Booking Done 15% of Package cost
• 30% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 20 days prior
• 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
• 100% cancellation in case of no show 10 days prior
• All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer at least a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy at least one-night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. DISNEY YATRA TOURS AND TRAVELS do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge, then the contract is irrevocable. If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to DISNEY YATRA TOURS AND TRAVELS while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be Jaipur City, India.
• Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.
• Liability:
• The company does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.
• Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents. Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
• Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
• Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
• Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.
• We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the passengers. The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
• Complaints
• We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. Shall be governed by Jurisdiction on India.
• Passports & Visas
• To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months’ valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
• Early Check-in / Late Check -out
• Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore, cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
• Extra Uses of our Vehicle
• Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Rights to amend the itinerary if required
• Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers.
• Surcharge
• The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
• Our Liability
• Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.
• The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused;
• Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
