Booking Condition 

30% of the total tour cost is required for booking .

 Rest 70 % has to be pay with in last 7 days of check-in date.

 The travel date is within 10 days, 100% of the total tour cost is required for booking.

 Package with Air ticket, Helicopter Ticket has to pay full for confirmation.

All payment has to be done through proper channel ( should has receipt of booking) or transfer to company account

Cancellation 

30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable.

14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.

30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 40% of total tour cost.

07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

Ø  The tour cost does not include the costs towards the insurance.

Ø   1% bank charges on the total is applicable for all  cash deposits. No such charges are applicable in case of cheque deposits and net banking

Terms & Conditions

Ø  Early check-in or late check -out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

Ø  In case of non availability of hotels, similar category of hotels will be provided.

Ø  No refund in case of natural calamity like-weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc.

Ø  Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.

Ø  Booking with incorrect passenger age may incur penalty at a later stage.

Ø  Any incidental and other expenses which are not specified in the Inclusions.

Ø  Additional / personal use of vehicle will be chargeable.

Ø  Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the above specified itinerary.

Ø  Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.

Ø  In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client or bad weather condition or disaster , the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.

Ø  A transfer from one tour to another of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated in these terms and a fresh booking on another.

Ø  We will not be responsible or liable in case of theft or robbery.
