Destination Port Blair

Arrival at Port Blair Airport & move to the hotel with our envoy. After lunch start the breathtaking trip to Carbyn’s Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach, 7 kms away from Port Blair town, Snake Island which is very near to Carbyns Cove Beach, and to the Cellular Jail. The Cellular Jail also known as Kala Pani, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people. One can also view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail.

After Breakfast, our envoy will take you to a water sports complex to visit Ross Island, the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime. The island presently houses the ruins of old buildings like Chief Commissioner’s House, Government House, Church, Bakery, Press, Swimming Pool, Cemetery, etc. and all in dilapidated condition, after that in the same boat, trip to North Bay Island (Coral Island) It's actually the island seen on a 20 rupee Indian note is the North Bay Island. Here you can see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life through Snorkeling, Glass Bottom Ride, Scuba Diving & Sea Walk. (All water activities at North Bay Island like Snorkeling, Glass Bottom boat, Scuba Diving etc, Direct Payment Basis). Overnight stay at respective Hotel at Port Blair. (Wednesday weekly closed)

The day’s program begins with the sightseeing tour in and around the city like Fisheries Museum (Aquarium) - exhibits species of marine life peculiar to the islands, Anthropological Museum - displays tribal essential and artefacts Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) - gives a good retrospect of the history, shells, Corals marine life, geography and archaeology of these islands and to Chatham Saw Mill, After lunch proceed to Chidiyatapu Beach (26km) famous for lush green mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and sandy beach Known as the Sunset Point. Overnight stay at respective Hotel at Port Blair. (Monday weekly closed-Museum).
