30 to 16 Days prior to the Departure Date: 75% of the full Tour cost,
15 Days prior to the Departure Date: 100% of the full Tour cost

At the time of booking: 40% of the total package or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Within 30 Days from Date of Departure: 75% of Full Tour Cost or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
15 Days from Date of Departure: 100% of Full Tour Cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
