With our ‘Do Dham Yatra’ pilgrimage package, you will get a chance to visit the two famous Hindu pilgrimage sites located in Uttarakhand which are Gangotri and Yamunotri. Gangotri is dedicated to Goddess Ganga from where she originated and descended on earth and Yamunotri is the birth place of River Yamuna. Every year thousands of devotees travel from every corner of India to seek blessings from Goddess Ganga and Yamuna and purify themselves from all sorrows and sins by taking a dip in the holy waters of these rivers. In this package, you will also visit other important pilgrimage destinations such as Haridwar, Chami, Nauganv, Jankichatti, Uttarkashiand Harsil.
Board a train to Haridwar from Delhi. On arrival, check in a hotel and take part in the evening Aarti at Har ki Pauri. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, hit the road to travel Chami via Mussoorie. Halt for visiting the Kempty Falls on the way. In Chami, check in a hotel for overnight stay.
Have breakfast in early morning and drive to Yamunotri. Visit the famous Goddess Yamuna temple and seek blessing from the deity. Later, take a dip at the sacred Surya Kund and Jamunbai Kund to offer prayer to Divyashila. Receive your share of Prasad and tour the holy town. Return back to Chami after the tour.
Head out for sight-seeing of Lakhamandal(10 kms away from Chami) after breakfast. Later, travel to Uttarkashi via Radi. On arrival, take rest at the hotel for a while and explore the town in the evening. Return in the hotel and rest for the night.
Post breakfast, drive to Gangotri. Enroute halt at Gangani for taking bath in the holy Rishi Kund. Resume your journey towards Gangotri where you will offer prayer at the sacred temple. Return back to Uttarkashi for overnight stay at the hotel.
After having a nice breakfast at the hotel, drive to Haridwar. Check in a hotel in Haridwar for overnight stay.
Board a train from Haridwar to Delhi, from where you will continue your journey towards home.
