Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Welcome on board a wonderful tour with your own Vyas Vacations to one of the most happening destination –Today we will start our journey from Delhi. On arrival, meet our executive/ driver and drive to hotel check into the hotel. After refreshing yourself at the hotel, proceed to the Delhi sightseeing visit The Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Old Delhi and Akshardham, Evening back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

• Day 2 : Delhi - Mussoorie (280 km/07-08 hrs)

  Today morning after refreshing yourself at the hotel, and to Mussoorie, Mussoorie is a wonderful hill station in Uttaranchal. It is situated at the foothills of the Himalayas and is known as the Queen of the Hills. Arrive at Mussoorie check-in at hotel for dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Mussoorie.

• Day 3 : Mussoorie

  Today after morning breakfast and proceed for the Mussoorie sightseeing visit to Kempty fall, Municipal garden, Gun hill, Company Garden, Mall road (shopping at your own). After sightseeing drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Mussoorie.

• Day 4 : Mussoorie - Haridwar (100 km/ 03-04 hrs)

  Today morning after breakfast and refreshing yourself at the hotel, and transfer to Haridwar visit Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, and Maya Devi Temple, after covering sightseeing drive back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Haridwar.

• Day 5 : Haridwar - Delhi (250km/5-6 hrs) {Departure}

  Today morning after fresh up and packing up your bags, get prepared to checkout from Haridwar and transfer to Delhi Airport or at the Railway Station / Bus stand, from where you can proceed to your next destination or home.

• Above rates are subject to change as per final confirmation from hotels.

• In case of unavailability in any of above hotels, accommodation will be provided in alternate hotel.
   


• Please consult driver / local representative for next day’s sightseeing schedule / Transfers timings. If any passenger fails to follow timings given to him, then he may miss that particular sightseeing / transfers and Vyas Travels will not be responsible to arrange the same. He / She Needs to arrange the same on direct payment basis.
   


• It is mandatory to carry photo ID card (except Pan Card) while you are on tour.
   


• Extra mattress is considered as an extra bed in hotels. There will be extra charges for extra bed or three bedded room.
   


• Vyas Vacations shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to strikes, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, government enforcements or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost and directly payable.

Payment policies:-

• Initial Booking Amount — 40% of the total booking amount.


• Balance payment has to clear at the time of arrival.


• For bookings less than 15 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.


• Invoice will be issued on the same day after the deposit of booking amount.


• Hotel Vouchers will be issued within 10 days after deposit of booking amount.


• Taxi & Driver details would be issued 1 day prior to date of departure.


• Kindly deposit the 40% of total tour cost in below mentioned accounts detail to book the tour.

• 30 – 25 Days more prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost


• 24 – 15 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost


• 14 – 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost

Please note:

• All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.
