Rann Utsav in Gujarat is one of the most celebrated and famous festivals in India. It takes place for a period of almost three months, beginning from somewhere around October and continues till the end of February, just before the celebration of Holi begins. The celebration of Rann Utsav takes place in the most grand way possible. Rann Utsav takes place in Bhuj, Gujarat where the entire district is directly or indirectly involved in the revelry. On the finale of the festival is held in the tent city at a village called Dhordo in Gujarat.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at The Rann Utsav - Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj

12:30 PM Onwards Welcome & Check-in
12:30 PM to 02:30 PM Lunch at respective dining area
02:30 PM to 04:00 PM Enjoy in-house activities like Skyzilla Adventure
Tower, Club House, Craft Market/Haat,
Various Sele Points, Rejuvenation Center,
Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of
Kutch craft & many others.
04:00 PM to 05:00 PM Hi Tea
05:00 PM to 05:30 PM Transfer to White Rann to witness the
grandeur of sunset. The mode of transfer can
be through Bus/Camel Cart/both.
07:00 PM to 07:30 PM Return to The Tent City, Dhordo
07:30 PM to 10:30 PM Dinner at respective dining area
09:00 PM to 10:30 PM Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with
entertaining activities at Cultural Activity Area.

(Black Hill) - the highest point of Kutch.
On the route visit to handicraft village

To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Railway Station
and The Tent City, Dhordo, in A.C. Coaches on SIC basis).
2) 2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner
on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment &
Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day.
The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in
respective dining areas and missed meals will not be
refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
3) Visit to White Rann on Day 1 and visit to Kala Dungar
on Day 2 in 2 Nights/3 Days package are fixed & cannot be
inter- changed. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per
itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
4) Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
5) Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent will be
provided

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
