Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Srinagar

  Arrival Srinagar and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in same

  • Meals & Drinks Lunch and Dinner
• Day 2 : Srinagar to Erin

  Leaving Srinagar for Erin via Bandipora (80 Km from Srinagar).camp for overnight stay

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Day 3 : Poshpathri

  The 11Km trek starts from Erin by crossing Erin river near the rest house. The first three to four kilometers of the route which ascends in stages, is in good conduction. The route passes the village of Kundara and reaches Poshpathri (2,4440M)

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Day 4 : Sarbal

  Leaving Poshpathri for sarbal. A difficult 8 ½ Km ascent takes you to Minimarg after which the last of the 11Km route to Sarbal is not so difficult.
  The Shirsar lake stands above Sarbal. Overnight stay in camp.

• Day 5 : Kundsar Lake

  Leaving Sarbal for Kundsar lake . Nine Kilometers trek starts off from the left of the Gujar huts. It follows a steep ascent for about 2 ½ Km then climbs more gradually upto the Lake (3,800M) Overnight stay in camp.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Day 6 : Gaganbal Lake

  Leaving Kundsar for Gaganbal (11Km ). First climb over a glacier and then dips into a depression for nearly 3Km . After a few Km the path turns left and the climbs to the top of the ridge descends to the Lake. You must have a rope and Ice-Axes for the trek because of the crevices . Camp at the lake (3,570M) or at the Nund Kol.

• Day 7 : Naranag

  16Km distance from Gaganbal to Naranag passes through thick forest .
  Overnight stay in camp
  

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Day 8 : Srinagar

  Leaving Naranag for Srinagar . Overnight stay in houseboat.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Day 9 : Srinagar

  Free for personal activities

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Day 10 : Drop at Srinagar Airport

  After taking breakfast drop at Srinagar Airport
