Today, drive to Srinagar,. en route, making a brief visit to Awantipura Ruins, an 1100year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. On arrival, check- in to your hotel.
In the afternoon, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar visiting the Mughal Gardens - Shalimar Garden, Chashmeshahi and Nishant Gardens. Later, visit the Shankracharya Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is situated at a height of about 1,100 ft. on a hilltop on the southeast of the city, offers splendid views of the valley and the snow-capped mountains of the Pir Panjal range The rest of the evening is at leisure.
