Please Note that incase Of Heavy Snow, Client Have to Take 4x4 Snow Jeep from Tangmarg (a Place 12 Km before of Gulmarg incase Trip Gulmarg ) The Supplement Charges For The Same is INR 1,450/- Approx. Per jeep For to @ fro Transfers

Shopping would be on your own arrangements.

In case the vehicle is not available for Pahalgam sightseeing, guest has to book ponies on direct payment basis.

To reach the glaciers & the gondola station, you can hire ponies / horses on a direct payment basis. As vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point in Gulmarg and Sonmarg.

The Gondola ride would be on direct payment basis.

Sonmarg excursion is subject to weather and road conditions.

Water supply in the hills during the peak season is restricted due to shortage and water is supplied area wise at specific times. Please co-operate with the hotel on same.

The vehicle will drop and pick you up from the Sonmarg & Gulmarg car stand while sightseeing.

Do carry comfortable walking shoes, Socks, Woolen Sweaters, Thermals, Hand Gloves, Camphor, Sunglasses, Diamox Tablets(For high altitude tablet)

All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.

From the parking area guests will have to walk or take ponies on direct payment.

Postpaid mobile can be used, prepaid services are not available.

It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card).5% GST (Govt Service Tax) over and above the Tour Cost mentioned.

Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified.

    After breakfast proceeds to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold) situated in the Sindh valley. Arrive at Sonmarg enjoy the Glaciers and scenic beauty on Horseback (At own cost). Stay overnight at Sonmarg hotel.

    Sonmarg - Srinagar

    Shankaracharya TempleShalimar Garden
    Shalimar Garden

    After breakfast proceed to Srinagar. Local Sightseeing- Mughal Gardens: "NishatBagh", "Shalimar Garden Chashmeshahi" (The Royal Spring). Thereafter Visit Shankaracharya Temple (Takht e Suleman) where from you can overlook whole Srinagar city. There are, in all 280 steps to reach the temple. Enjoy Shikara ride in the evening.   • Seat in the tour can be booked by paying an advance amount of 50% of the tour package & full air ticket cost (if client is buying air ticket from KSV Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. Tours). The advance amount will be non-refundable, in case the person desires to cancel the tour.

  • The remaining tour cost will have to be paid at the earliest but not later than 1 month before the tour date. If guest fails to pay the balance tour cost on time the company reserves the right to cancel the tour booking and advance will be forfeited.

  • In Spl. fare group Air Tickets will be issued 2 or 3 days prior to the date of travel. Gr. air tickets are non-refundable and therefore, on cancellation of tour after making payment of full tour cost, only 25% amount of the total tour cost will be refunded, Provided that the request for cancellation of the tour has been received by us 21 days prior to the travel date. No refund will be given thereafter, Names can be changed before issuing tickets or 15 days prior to departure date, if name change is required after issuing tickets –penalty charges will be applicable as per airlines rules. Name change is not possible 7 days prior to travel date.

  • KSV Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. Tours reserves the right to change itinerary of tours and hotels due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • KSV Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. Tours is not responsible for any alternate arrangement due flight delay or rescheduling interconnections.

  • Any expenses, damages, loss, etc. which may be caused due to weather conditions, strike,curfew, natural calamities, political unrest and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, will have to be borne by guests.

  • During peak seasons due to heavy rush or unavoidable circumstances, some sightseeing may not be covered.

  • KSV Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. Tours is not responsible for any death, injury, sickness, accidental loss, delay increased expenses, damage or theft.

  • Seat in coach are allotted on daily rotation basis. Every member is expected to follow the same.

  • For fixed departure groups Tour Manager will be provided for minimum group of 12.

  • All matters are Subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
