Valley of flowers is a national park located vertically higher regions in Uttarakhand.
It has panoramic view that graces the beauty of Western Himalayas.
1931 is an important year for the valley as a book was written by Cimber Frank S Smythe titled as “ Valley of flower” and it was discovered as world heritage site. It is located on the meeting point of eastern and western Himalayan range and Zanskar. Having wild untamed blooms surrounded by white peaks, it was regarded as world Heritage site.
260 km drive from Haridwar to Govindghat (via joshimath and Devaprayag)
You start your journey at 7 am at Haridwar railway station and where you will be taken to Govindghat by road. You will find awesome views of Devaprayag, Rudraprayag, sangam of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda river and many towns on the basin and countless beautiful of Ganga river. It being mountain drive takes around 10 hours to complete the journey with some halts.

Trek from Govindghat to Ghangaria (6 hours trek of 14kms)
Beginning of first trek starting from Govindghat to Ghangaria, a 14 kms trek will make you feel energised with its awesome landscape views. Click great pictures of both sunset and sunrise along with deep breathing that makes you feel close to nature and spirituality whenever you take halts. It will help you rejuvenate and recreate. The trek completes with dinner and hotel stay for night.

Trek starts and ends from Ghangaria to valley of flowers (Trek 5km, one way /3 hours)
Going on 5kms by foot will take you to the most awaited destination. Yes, you will be at Valley of flowers. You may capture the best portraits and landscape views of life in the world heritage site.
Keep looking at the beauty of flowers and satiate your thirst of eyes for beauty and then head back to Ghangaria to have dinner and sound sleep.

Day five starts with packing bags and getting back to Govindghat via same route of trekking. You may manage to visit Auli and Badrinath as per your time and budget convenience.
