LADAKH HIMALAYAN JOURNEY

Arrive at Chandigarh and be greeted at your hotel followed by a pre drive briefing. Set off for Manali with scenic drives through the foothills of the Himalayas, enjoying a relaxed lunch en route before arriving in Manali. Spend the evening at leisure and prepare for the adventures ahead over dinner.

After breakfast enjoy leisure time in Manali before departing for Jispa. Stop at the Atal Tunnel, a modern engineering marvel, then drive into the Lahaul Valley. Arrive in Jispa for relaxation and spend the evening at the retreat before dinner.

Depart early for Leh driving through high mountain passes including Baralacha Pass, Nakee La Pass, and Lachlung La Pass. Enjoy stops at the More Plains and Tanglang La Pass to take in mesmerising views before arriving in Leh in the evening to unwind and have dinner.

Spend the day discovering Lehs cultural and scenic offerings with visits to the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. Explore Shey Palace, Thiksey Gompa and Shanti Stupa, and end the day with a cultural performance in Leh before dinner.

Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley crossing the majestic Khardung La Pass. Enjoy unique high altitude landscapes and have lunch en route. Explore the Hunder Sand Dunes and Diskit Gompa before concluding the day with personal time and dinner at the retreat.

After breakfast drive to the Siachen Base Camp, noted as the worlds highest battlefield, and visit the serene village of Sumur before returning to the retreat. Spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying the tranquil surroundings and have dinner in the evening.

Travel from Nubra to the mesmerising Pangong Tso, a journey across rugged terrain to a pristine high altitude lake. Witness the changing hues of the lake and enjoy a reflective connection with nature at this highlight of the journey.

Return to Leh from Pangong Tso with a stop at the Rezang La War Memorial. The drive passes through the villages of Nyoma, Mahe, Kiari and Upshi, offering scenic beauty and moments of introspection. The day ends with an evening gathering and dinner back in Leh.

Enjoy a final goodbye breakfast in Leh and conclude the journey with farewells as travellers depart for their onward plans.
