Day 1 Leh

Leh Palace

Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest for acclimatization, wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Post lunch visit Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Stay overnight in Leh

Day 2 Leh Local ( Sham Valley )

After breakfast visit to Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Sangam of Zanskar & Indus River. Stay overnight in Leh

Day 3 Leh To Nubra Valley ( 125 Km / 5-6 Hrs )

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardung La pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. Enroute, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,390 feet). After spending some time at Khardung La, proceed to Nubra. After Hotel check-in, enjoy camel Safari in the evening. Stay overnight stay in
Nubra.

Day 4 Nubra To Pangong Via Shyok ( 165 Km / 06 Hrs )

Pangong Lake

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within
Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife. Stay Overnight in Pangong.

Day 5 Pangong Lake To Leh ( 155 Km / 05 Hrs )

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast drive back to
Leh, take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Stay overnight in Leh

Day 6 Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet

Tour Conditions

1) These rates are applicable to NRI or Indian Nationals Only.
2) Prices valid for minimum of 02 / 04 Person traveling together in one vehicle.
3) Children below 05 years complimentary without extra Bed. Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged as per hotel policy. Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates.
4) All Rates & bookings subject to availability.
5) Rates are subject to change.
6) Final tour Vouchers will be provided on receipt of full 100% payment.
7) Extras Payment in Leh office should be Cash Only.
8) 100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.
9) Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only).
10) No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
11) Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves
and on your own risk and responsibilities.
12) Triple Room does not necessarily mean Three Separate Bed
13) Triple Room can have One Double Bed + 1 Roll Away Bed
14) LIABILITY: We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:
a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused;
b)Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday,
and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.
15) Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

NOTE

1. In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel
mentioned, we shall offer similar Hotel.
2. All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
3. In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual
supplement cost at time of booking.
4. The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in
mind local development.
5. Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per
rules of competent authority.
6. All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
7. No refund will be entertained for any unused services.
8. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist
at the time of checkout.
9. Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered

Coaches/ Tempo Traveller are not allowed in airport premises so we will send Non
A/C Innova / XUV/ Aria / Xylo/ Scorpio for Airport Pickup only ..
Vehicle will be charged Extra for Pick up from Rafting Ending Point which Client has to pay
Directly. Approx Rs. 500 to 1000.
Important Note:
The above given cost is calculated on the basis of the selected hotels and base or mentioned category of rooms. Incase Rooms in the above said hotels are not available at the time of booking then we will offer similar category hotel and the costing is subject to change as per the rates & availability of rooms. Please note that this is our offer letter and we are not holding any rooms in the above said hotel as of now. We will process the booking upon your receipt of your confirmation.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
25% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 20 days before the tour.
50% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 10 days before the tour.
No refund for tour starting within 10 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
No Show 100% of tour cost.
During High peak season period Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.
The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
