Leh Ladakh 8 Night 2022

Arrive in Leh Kushok Bakula Airport (This must be one of the Most Sensational Flights in the World. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif.) Upon arrival you will greet by our representative and transfer to Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize followed by Welcome tea or Coffee at the Hotel. Evening visit to Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa & Leh Market.

After breakfast you drive down stream along the River Indus on Leh – Kargil Highway. And start your sightseeing with Hall Of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for everyone, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, a Sikh temple about 22 Kms from Leh. It was constructed in memory of Guru Nanak. A drive of another 4 km will take us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. As you move ahead from Magnetic Hills just before Nimmu Village, there comes the famous Confluence Of Two Rivers Indus River coming from Tibet (left) and Zanskar River coming from Zanskar Valley (right). Zanskar River is known for its famous Chadar Trek. Later we drive back to Leh. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Leh.

Post breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,380 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. Upon arrival in Nubra we check in at our Camp / Hotel in Hunder for Overnight stay. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. Enjoy a double hump camel ride in the sand dunes and witness a cultural show by the locals in the traditional dress. Overnight Stay at the Camp

After breakfast drive to Turtuk village which was first time opened for the tourist in the year 2010. It is a popular place captured by Indians in the war of 1972 with Pakistan. The village of Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC. On a clear day you may also have a glimpse of the mighty K2 mountain peak located across the border in Pakistan. Reach Hunder by evening. Overnight in hunder, Nubra Valley.

After an early breakfast we check out from Camp and drive towards pangong Lake. It is indeed a strange sight since immediately on the left of the road is Rocky Mountains that characterize the Ladakhi landscape and in the distance can be seen snow-capped mountains. On the return stop at Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and continue your drive to the most famous lake. Overnight near Pangong lake.

Morning at leisure to explore the beauty of lake and later we drive back to Leh via Changla Pass 5486m, (the third highest motorable road in the world) enroute visiting Thiksey monastery resembles the potala in lhasa, an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village and another 5 Kms ride through a picturesque landscape we reach to Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh & 3 Idiot's Rancho School. Drive further to Leh and check in at our hotel for Overnight in Leh town.

Morning drive to Tsomoriri passing Chumathang (Hot Spring) along the Indus river. Afterwards take a walk around the Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. And the highlight of today's trip is to witness the Nomads at korzok Phu. Overnight in Camp near Tsomoriri lake.

After leisurely breakfast walk around the lake and drive back to Leh passing Tsokar Lake, Taglang La (Pass) 17,585ft and Rumtse village. A well deserved rest in leh and dinner at one of the finest cuisine in town.. O/N in Leh.

On time transfer to Domestic Airport to catch the flight for your onward Destination. Tour concludes with lot of exciting memories of Ladakh.
