Arrival at Leh airport and transfer to the Hotel. Full day is t leisure to acclimatize yourself because of high altitude of Leh as it is 3500 Mtrs above the sea level. In the evening you will be visiting Leh Bazaar. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Full day excursion to visit Thiksey and Hemis monasteries. It is quite interesting to visit the Thicksey monastery early in the morning to see “praying ceremony”. Also visit one of the biggest monasteries of Leh “Hemis”. On the way back visit Shey Palace. Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast in the morning leave for Uletokpo camping which is one of the most beautiful camping in the Ladakh region. En-route visit Spituk Monastery. Continue drive to visit Alchi monastery. It is the only monastery in the Ladakh on flat ground. By the lunch time, you will reach Uletokpo. In the Evening, enjoy sitting on the bank of river coming down from the Ridzong side. Overnight stay at camp.

Leave Uletokpo and drive towards Lamayuru via Khaltsi. Which is the oldest monasteries of ladakh region. This monastery was founded in the 10th Century. Late afternoon drive back to Leh for overnight stay at hotel.

On the way, drive past Chang La- the high mountain pass at an altitude 5360 m. Later, continue towards the lake crossing Durnuk and Tangtse village, placed in Changthang region. Witness the daily activities of the locals. Afternoon arrival at the banks of the lake. Set-up tents here. Also known as Pangong Tso, it is an enchanting lake. Treat your eyes to the amazing views of the surrounding area. Visit the nearby located local village to gain an insight into the local culture of Leh. Overnight in tents.
