Day 1

Arival At Njp/bagdogra Airport -gangtk

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, (500Ft / 150Mts) will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts, Check in and over night at Hotel

Day 2

Tshangu Lake Or Nathula Pass

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43 Km in 03 Hrs one way from Gangtok) & Baba Mandir (13100 Ft / 3994 Mts / 16 Kms in 01 Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake. Situated at a height of 12400 Ft / 3780 Mts / 43 Km in 03 Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel. Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided

Optional Nathula:

One can opt for Nathula Excursion by paying a supplement cost

Please note: NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign National are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above in number to visit Tshangu Lake.

Day 3

Gangtok To Darjeeling

Morning go for a half day (04 hrs) sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls along with Do-rul Chhorten, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday) and Flower Show. Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling (6710 Ft / 2046 Mts, 110 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs). Check in and overnight at Hotel.

Day 4

Darjeeling Local

Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park

Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8482 Ft / 2586 Mts at around 04:00 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half-day sightseeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing&Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & panoramic view of Tea Estate. Overnight at Hotel.

Note:

If the sightseeing points like Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Zoological Park falling on Thursday where these sightseeing points remain closed on Thursday then we will provide a visit to Dali Monastery and Ava Art gallery as alternative sightseeing. If the sightseeing point like the Tibetan Refugee Centre falling on Sunday where this sightseeing point remains closed on Sunday then we will provide a visit to Ava Art gallery as alternative sightseeing.

Day 5

Darjeeling Bagdogra Drop

After breakfast at your proceed to Bagdogra Airport to board flight for your hometown, tour ends. With sweet memories of Darjeeling gangtok kalimpong tour with Suhana safar tour operators.

Payment Terms & Methods :

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators

Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .

Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment

Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
