* 60% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

Other Terms & Conditions :

 The standard check in time is 02:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm in Sri Lanka.
 Quote is subject to availability and price fluctuations prior to booking.
 All the rooms are providing on standard room category.
 If the booking is confirmed payment should be done at earliest.
 Currently we do not ask for a deposit but payment in full is required before arrival.
 All bookings by email are confirmed by email.

 With an Extra Bed – 50% Discount on DBL sharing per person rate.
 Without Extra Bed – 30% Discounts on DBL sharing per person rate.
Cancellation Policy
 Up to 28 days before arrival - No charge.
 Between 28 - 15 days before arrival - 25% of the total stay on basis booked.
 Between 15 - 10 days before arrival - 50% of the total stay on basis booked.
 Less than 10 days and no-shows - Full stay on basis booked.
