Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Leh

Reached Leh in the morning and transferred to hotel. A full day of rest to acclimatize to the altitude of Leh (11,500 ft/3500 m). Later, in the evening, visit Shanti Stupa or Leh local market. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2

Leh to Kargil

After breakfast proceed to Kargil. On the way, visit Gurudwara Patthar Sahib and experience the anti-gravity effect of Magnetic Hill. Admire the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 3

Kargil to Leh

After breakfast, drive back towards Leh exploring Mulbekh, Fatu La Pass, Lamayuru Monastery, and Alchi Monastery on the way. Overnight stay in Leh.

Leh to Nubra Valley

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla, the world’s highest motorable road. Check-in and after lunch, wander along the Shayok River and enjoy a two-humped camel ride. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 5

Nubra to Turtuk Tykshi

After breakfast, drive towards Turtuk, this village has been open for tourists since 2010, it was captured by the Indian Army in 1971. Visit Tyakshi on the way. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 6

Nubra to Pangong Lake

Pangong Lake

After breakfast, depart for Pangong Lake via the Shyok River route. Enjoy the mesmerizing lake and its changing colors. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

Pangong Lake to Leh

Early morning, enjoy the sunrise over the lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh, visiting Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace on the way. Evening free for relaxation and shopping. Overnight stay in Leh.

Departure Leh

Early morning transfer to the airport for return flight home. The tour is over.
