Dharamsala, popularly known as the Queen of the Hills, is divided into lower and upper towns with a difference of 457m(1500ft.) between them. The mountains enfold 3 sides of the town and the valley stretches to the south. There is a beautiful resort of Dharamsala, which stands on the spur of the Dharamsala range.Dharamsala is known for its scenic beauty, calmness and serenity. It has high pine trees, tea gardens and timber yielding trees. Manali is situated near the end of the valley on the National Highway leading to Leh. The landscape here is breath taking. One sees well-defined snow capped peaks, the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. On the other side are deodar and pine trees, tiny fields and fruit orchards. It is an excellent place for a holiday, a favorite resort for trekkers to Lahaul, Spiti, Bara Bhangal (Kangra), and Zanskar ranges. From temples to antiquity, to picturesque sight-seeing spots and adventure activities, Manali is a popular resort for all seasons and for all travellers.3.09% Government service tax extra.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Chandigarh - Dharamshala (270 Km / 6-7 Hrs)

On arrival at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Stationyou will be received and transfered to Dharamsala by road. Check in at the hotel & rest of the evening at leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2

Dharamshala

After breakfast, proceed for loacal halfday sighseeing in cluding The Tibetan Medical centre and Church of St. John and visit to the local monasteries. Rest of the day at leisure and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3

Dharamshala - Manali ( 240 Km / 6-7 Hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Manali. Evening at Leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4

Manali - Rohtang Pass - Manali

Rohtang Pass

Half day excursion to Rohtang Pass (51 Km and at 3979 mtrs altitude) - the gateway to "Lahaul-Spiti valley" at your own cost. It affords a wide panoramic view of the mountains. Evening at Leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5

Manali

Manu Temple Hadimba Temple

After breakfast, sightseeing of places in and around Manali, like Hadimba temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar and evening shopping at the local market. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6

Manali - Kullu (40 Km / 1-2 Hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Kullu a scenic drive from Manali. Check-in to the hotel & later Local sightseeing of Bijli Mahadev Mandir and Sultanpur Palace. Evening at Leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7

Kullu - Chandigarh (240 Km / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast, transfer to Chandigarh Airport or Railway station for the onward journey and with happy memories
