Nairobi Safaris - 3 Days Amboseli African Wildlife Safari

Our safari driver guide will pick you from your Nairobi hotel and depart by road through the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of Elephant. Arrive in time for lunch at your Amboseli safari camp or lodge, followed by a short rest

at 4.00pm you will venture in to the Amboseli plains for an afternoon safari game drive trying to spot the rich African wildlife of Amboseli including Elephant, Antelope, Zebra, Wildebeest, Buffalo and the elusive Leopard.

Every vista within Amboseli is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. Dinner and overnight at your Amboseli safari camp or lodge.

After breakfast head for the park for a full day of game viewing. Lunch is served at the park where your driver/guide will locate the perfect spot for your picnic. More game viewing after lunch. Dinner and overnight at your safari camp or Lodge in Amboseli.

Optional activities while on your Nairobi to Amboseli safari include a visit to a Masai village. The Masai are a nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world. A visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

You may also engage in an early morning balloon safari.

Early morning breakfast then check out of your Amboseli Safari camp or lodge and proceed for early morning game drive as you leave the park. This is the best time to have a clear view of Mt. Kilimanjaro and see African Wildlife like lions sleeping on the morning dew. There after leave Amboseli and join the Mombasa Nairobi highway and drive back to Nairobi.
