Kalimpong: Nestling in the lush green mid ranges of the Himalayas, this hill station of "the Raj", has an incredible stunning backdrop of towering snow capped peaks. This exotic town of beautiful people, mystical and enchanting, with a rare ethnic blend of hill people, has a tradition of hospitality from the days of the mule caravans of olde.

Darjeeling: Darjeeling is the most important and organized hill resort of Indian state of West Bengal. Darjeeling lies 686 kms from the plains of Kolkata perched at a height of 2134 meters with a backdrop of the mighty snow clad Himalayan Peaks. One can get a clear view of the world's third mightiest and highest mountainous snow peaks, Kanchenjunga, from the town on a sunny day. Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Saturday: Arrive Bagdogra & Bagdogra - Gangtok (130 Km / 4-5 hrs drive)

  Meeting and assistance on arrival at Bagdogra airport (500 Ft / 150 Mts) and transfer by road to Gangtok (5500 Ft/ 1677 Mts)
  
  On arrival check-in at hotel.
  Dinner & overnight stay in Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Sunday: Gangtok

  After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts (43Km / 3 hrs one way), with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided).
  
  Dinner & overnight stay in Gangtok.

• Day 3 : Monday: Gangtok - Kalimpong (85 Km / 3-4 hrs drive)

  Morning after breakfast, proceed for the half day sightseeing tour of Gangtok covering Jhakri Water Falls along with Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday) and Flower Show.
  
  Afternoon transfer by roadto Kalimpong (3937 Ft / 1200 Mts)
  
  On arrival check in to the hotel.
  Dinner & overnight stay in Kalimpong.

• Day 4 : Tuesday: Kalimpong - Darjeeling (70 Km / 3-4 hrs drive)

  Morning after breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Kalimpong visiting Dello hills, Dr. Graham's Home, Flower Nurseries, Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang and Durbin Dara Hills.
  
  Afternoon transfer by road to Darjeeling (7380 Ft / 2250 Mts)
  
  On arrival check in to the hotel.
  Dinner & overnight stay in Darjeeling.

• Day 5 : Wednesday: Darjeeling

  Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 0400 hrs) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back to hotel visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop.
  
  After breakfast proceed for the half-day sightseeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (Subject to availability & operation), Tenzing& Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) and panoramic view of Tea Estate.
  
  Dinner & overnight stay in Darjeeling.

  • Hotspots : Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park
  • Themes : Mountaineering

• Day 6 : Thursday: Darjeeling - Bagdogra (100 Km / 3-4 hrs)& Depart Bagdogra

  After breakfast, transfer to Bagdogra Airportto board the flight for Delhi.
