Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Ahmedabad – Rann of Kutch (90km / 2 Hours)

After your arrival in Ahmedabad, our tour representative will transfer you to Rann of Kutch, which is not far. On your arrival in Kutch you will be escorted to your hotel where you will be served breakfast and checked in comfortably. After a hearty meal, you will be taken for your day of exploration.

Little Rann of Kutch Jeep Safari:
Home and last refuge of the Indian wild ass or commonly known as Khur, this spot has been declared as a sanctuary for this species. Although the landscape is bleak the biodiversity is extremely rich and the ecological importance of this area is very high. It invites a throng of migratory birds like cranes, pelicans, ducks and even flamingos. You will be taken on a mesmerizing safari journey filled with experiences that will last you a lifetime. You may also get to witness several different types of animals like desert fox, blackbuck, jackals, snakes and even wolves.

After a day full of fun activities and interesting sightings, you will then be taken to your hotel for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 2 : Little Rann of Kutch – Bhuj (260km / 5 Hours)

After having a wholesome breakfast meal, you will be taken to Bhuj. Upon your arrival in Bhuj, you will be taken on a local sightseeing excursion of the place after having checked in to your hotel.

Aina Mahal:
An 18th-century palace built in 1761 this palace is a piece of artwork. The marble walls are adorned and decorated gracefully with gold laces, mirrors, gilded ornaments and Venetian glass. A complete treat for the eyes this palace sees hundreds of visitors on an everyday basis.

Prag Mahal:
A 19th-century palace located right next to the Aina Mahal, this imposing structure was built using Gothic Italian architecture and is a must visit for travelers.

Then you will be served with a fulfilling lunch meal.

Bhartiya Sanskriti Darshan Museum:
Housing around 1,500 books and 4,500 pictures of the locals, this museum is the hub for people who are keen to know the history and rustic lifestyle of the Kutch population. An interesting visit one will get an insight into the lives of the people there.

Royal Cenotaphs of Bhuj:
These are one of the most famous tourist attractions in Bhuj. These umbrellas shaped and highly detailed chhatris are something to marvel at.

You will finally be taken back to your hotel where you will be served with dinner and you will make way for an overnight stay.

Day 3 : Bhuj – Hodka village (65km / 2 Hours)

Early in the morning after a wholesome breakfast meal, your day will start off by proceeding towards your allotted hotel at Hodka village.

Shaam E Sarhad Village Resort:
A brand new initiative, this village resort will give its visitors an authentic and traditional experience. Here you will stay in mud houses and a completely traditional setting where you will feel like you are a part of the Hodka village community. This local culture and craft-based tourism successfully incorporated experiences like, local handicrafts making, eating traditional food and listening to some regional music that will make you feel like you fit right in. after these experiences, you will spend the night in Hodka village.
Day 4 : Hodka – Banni & Pancham region – Hodka (200km / 4 Hours)

After having a wholesome breakfast meal you will be taken for an authentic and traditional village experience in the Banni and Pancham regions.

Dhordo Village:
Set on the edge of Bhuj this place is well known for being a white desert. Some of the activities that travelers can interest themselves with are bird watching and traditional crafting. The months of December to January makes Dhordo a renowned during the Kutch Rann Utsav.

Bhirandiyara Village:
Known as the embroidery village of Kutch this place is extremely vibrant and have not forgotten their roots of traditional handicrafts. It is one of the most creative hubs in India making it a must visit site.

Ludiya Village:
This village holds the position of being one of the most beautiful villages in India. The main occupations of the villagers include embroidery work and traditional crafts, where the visitors are also most welcome. This colorful village represents the vibrancy of Bhuj.

You will finally be taken back to Hodka Village and to your resort for a dinner meal and an overnight stay.
Day 5 : Hodka – Mandvi (150km / 4 Hours)

After having a wholesome breakfast meal, you will be taken to the coastal town of Mandvi. Upon your arrival, you will be taken to your hotel to freshen up. After freshening up you will then proceed towards a day of local sightseeing.

Vijay Vilas Palace:
Built during the rule of Maharao Shri Khengarji 3, as a summer retreat palace, this majestic and incredibly graceful palace showcases the true elegance of the ruler. It is a great spot for visitors because of its open and amazing surrounding views along with the cool breeze.

The remaining day is reserved for beach visitation and doing fun activities at the beach.

You will finally be taken back to your hotel where you will be served a hearty dinner meal along with an overnight stay.
Day 6 : Mandvi Sightseeing

After having a fulfilling meal, your day will be filled with interesting activities. Your day will start off with a visit to an organic farm.

72 Jain Complexes
Located at a distance of 11km, this 72 Jinalaya is an extremely important Jain pilgrimage site and houses 72 Derris of Lord Mahavir. It also contains an ashram and a bhojnalaya and was built in the year 1982 in the memory of gun Sagar Surishwarji Maharaj.

You will then be taken on a visit to witness the men working on the shipping yard at Mandvi port.

The remainder of the day will be spent relaxing in leisure at the beach.

Finally, you will be taken to your hotel for a complete dinner meal and an overnight stay.
Day 7 : Mandvi – Anjar – Rajkot (300km / 6 Hours)

After having a wholesome breakfast meal you will then proceed towards Rajkot via Anjar.

Upon your arrival in Anjar, you will be escorted to one of the oldest temples in the region.

Bhadreshwar Mahadev Temple:
Considered as one of the most important Jain pilgrimage sites in India this ancient temple was built in 516 BC. It holds the original Parshwanath idol which dates back to 500BC and the temple in itself is a structure to marvel at. Step into a place which will take you back in time.

After the temple visit, you will proceed towards Rajkot. Upon arrival in Rajkot, you will be taken to your hotel for check-in. From here, you will be taken on a relaxing shopping tour in one of the several colorful bazaars.

The day will end with an overnight stay at your hotel along with a fulfilling dinner meal.

Day 8 : Rajkot – Akshardham – Ahmedabad (250km / 5 Hours)

Your last day will start off by you heading towards Ahmedabad which is at a distance of 3 hours and 48 minutes. On arrival, you will start off with a local sightseeing tour.

Gandhi Ashram (Sabarmati Ashram):
This was one of the several residences of the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi along with his wife Kasturba Gandhi. It was from this spot that Gandhi kick-started his Dandi March making this place extremely significant and of historical relevance.

Akshardham Temple:
This is a large Hindu Complex which was built over a period of 13 years. Evoke your spiritual feeling through a visit this place. No steel or iron has been used in the making of this temple.

Finally, in the evening you will be dropped back to your airport or railway station from where you will head on to your desired destination
