It is famous for its tea gardens; the spectacular views of Kangchenjunga and the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On arrival check-in to your Hotel and freshen up yourself. After breakfast proceed for Batasia Loop, Ghoom Monastery, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, P.N.H. After breakfast proceed for a day excursion trip of Tsongmo Lake. It is a glacial lake situated at an elevation of 12,400 ft. and is considered sacred by the local people. Then proceed to Baba Mandir (New Temple) (13200 ft). Return back to Gangtok. Night halt will be at Gangtok.
