Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival In Njp / Bagdogra. Transfer To Pelling

We receive you on your arrival either in Bagdogra airport or NJP railway station and transfer you to Pelling which is at an altitude of 7200 ft. You will cover the 140 Km scenic drive in about 5 hours. On arrival in Pelling you are transferred to the hotel. Overnight stay in Pelling
Day 2 Full Day Tour Of Pelling

After breakfast you start to explore the natural beauties in and around Pelling. You begin your sightseeing by visiting the Rimbi falls which is at a distance of about 12 Kms from Pelling. Later you visit the Kanchenjunga falls, Khecheopalri Lake, Darap village and Yuksom Valley. Overnight stay in Pelling

Day 3 Departure To Njp / Bagdogra

Pemayangtse Monastery

After an early breakfast check out from the hotel and visit one of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim “the Pemayangtse Monastery”, here you can see the replica of heaven carved in wood. Later you visit the Rabdentse ruins, which were an erstwhile capital of Sikkim. Later in the day departure. Drop in NJP / Bagdogra

You refer’s to the person/s in whose name and / or on whose behalf the Booking is made. Alternatively, the reference may be made in the third person as Tour Participant , They , Client, ‘Them, His, Her, Customer.

Vendor, supplier,Contractor means supplier of any infrastructural facility and will include Hotels , Transporters / vehicle rental agencies , Resorts , Theme parks , Railways , Airlines , Ferry , Curise liners, Casinos, Restaurants, Museums , art galleries, and other places of entertainment who render the services to the Customer

Child means a person who is above the age of Two years and below the age of twelve years

Infant means a person who is below the age of two years

Tour means any tours organized by the company either in India or in any other country

Tour Price means the tour price mentioned in the Price Grid in our website, brochures, online and other payments such as taxes, surcharges , levies etc., payable by the customer to the Company

Brochure means printed brochure or catalogue, website, Itinerary, leaflets, booklets, price grid

Tour Director, Escort, Guide, Manager, Assistant, means the person designated by the Company to help, lead, assist , the customers during the tours

Group Tours means a group of customers pooled to gather by the Company on the same date , same itinerary and on the same vehicle, and receive similar services.

Private Tours means a tour organized by the company exclusively for the customer and his family, friends or group. The customer is not clubbed with any other person or persons during the tour.

Force Majeure means an event or circumstance not within the reasonable control, directly or indirectly, of the Company. in its ability to perform its obligations / responsibilities regarding the tour including (i) war, hostilities invasion, act of foreign enemies; (ii) rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war; (iii) epidemic, explosion, fire, flood, earthquake or other exceptional natural calamity and acts of God; (iv) ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly; (v) riot, commotion or disorder; (vi) any act or omission of any Government instrumentality; (vii) a Change in Legal Requirements; (viii) strikes lock outs or other industrial disturbances; and (ix) abnormal weather or sea conditions including tempest, lightning, hurricane, typhoon, rain and temperatures.

Meals means breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or any other snacks supplied.

Vegetarian food , Veg means meals without meat, fish and eggs.

The masculine gender, shall also include feminine gender and vice versa, the singular shall include plural and vice versa and shall include grammatical versions thereof

Each of these terms and conditions shall be severable and if any provision thereof is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then remaining provisions nevertheless shall have full force and effect.
