Day 1 : Jammu >> Srinagar

Welcome to the Jammu. On arrival at Jammu Station. Being your tour of Splendid Kashmir. You will be welcomed by our tour guide cum driver who will update your journey ahead. Sit on backseat of your car and enjoy the ride in between the mountains towards Srinagar its beauty will fascinate you. It will take 8 hours and you will be in Srinagar. Check in your hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2 : Srinagar Local Sightseeing

Welcome to the Srinagar. Being your tour of Splendid Kashmir. Proceed on a city tour visiting the Shankracharya temple situated on the highest hill of Srinagar, the famous Mughal Gardens - Chashmashahi, Nishat & Shalimar. These gardens were Mughal Emperors concept of Paradise and today these are popular picnic spots. Also visit a handicraft shop where you can purchase local Hand Crafted items- Shawls, Jackets, Bed Covers, Paper Mache, Carpets & much more!. Return for overnight stay in Srinagar hotel.

Day 3 : Srinagar >> Sonamarg >> Srinagar

Today you embark on a full day of excursion to the picturesque Meadows of Gold. Meadows of Sonamarg. Sonamarg is last stop of Kashmir district. From here starts the territory of Ladakh. Situated at an altitude of 2743m above sea level. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and masher fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice. Return to Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable overnight stay in Srinagar hotel.

Day 4 : Srinagar >> Doodhpathri >> Srinagar

Proceed to Doodah-e-Pathri is yet another bowl shaped valley about 42 kms. from Srinagar. It is a recent discovery in the valley covered with the green carpeted meadows. A flowing river resounds with soft wind passing through the pine trees of the enclosures of the valley. It is also called as a “VALLEY OF MILK” because it produces rich milk in a large quantity. Day 5 : Srinagar >> Gulmarg >> Srinagar

Drive to Gulmarg the flower meadow in the morning. It is an interesting journey from Srinagar to Gulmarg. Its beauty will fascinate you. Skiing and snowboarding are very popular in Gulmarg. As a result of Gulmargs hosting of Europeans and Britons during the British Raj the area was transformed into a hill resort and given the name Gulmarg. In Gulmarg, you may experience European architecture an 18-hole golf course and the longest and highest cable car in Asia (at your expense or by advance reservation online). Enjoy gondola rides to Kongdoori & Affarwat Horseback riding shopping and photography at this lovely snow point. Return back for overnight stay in Houseboat Dal Lake.

Day 6 : Srinagar >> Pahalgam >> Night

After Breakfast You will be transferred to Pahalgam the Valley of Shepherds which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheeshnag Lake. On arrival into Pahalgam enjoy the surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaren which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. A small village set in pine and fir forest is pleasing and offers good view Night halt at Hotel in PAHALGAM.

After Breakfast, Proceed for Aru valley and Chandanwari by car (by your own cost). Aru is small village, 11 kms. upstream the Lidder River, is a beautiful locality. The route is picturesque with ample campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi glacier. The most beautiful of these is the huge undulating meadow of Baisaren surrounded by thickly wooded forests of pine. Hajan and Beetab valley on the way to Chandanwari. Overnight stay will be in Pahalgam Hotel.
