If circumstances force you to cancel the Booking, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and
the following cancellation charges will apply.
30 Days prior to departure 20% * This might vary depending on the time limit)
Once booking is confirmed/ 29 Days To 16 Days - 50% of the Total cost
15 Days to 08 Days - 75 % of the Total Cost
7 Days or less/ No Show - 100% of the total cost
Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during
the progress of tour
Cancellation charges may vary during festive/ peak / trade fares / F1 / Sonkran / Chinese new year/
Christmas / new year / Diwali / Eid period.
The above policy would not be applicable in case of promotional / non refundable rates
The above policy would not be applicable for iconic hotels such as Marina Bay Sands, Burj Al Arab,
Atlantis, Venetian, Genting etc.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Airport- Kandy

  Arrive Colombo Airport. You will be met by our local representative who will transfer you to Kandy. Enroute proceed for
  Kandy City Tour (entrance fees not included) While on your city tour you will visit one of the world heritages as well as a
  sacred place for the Buddhists all over the world; namely the Temple of tooth Relic known to the Sri Lankans as Dalada
  Maligawa. Your next visit will be to the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens which is a paradise for nature lovers. This
  beautiful flower Eden is restored with over 300 different varieties of orchids, other spices, medicinal plants and Palm
  trees. Every year more than 1.2 million people are enchanted by the beauty of these 147 acre flower gardens. In the
  evening you will witness a traditional cultural dance show (entrance fee not included). Dinner and overnight stay in
  Kandy

  • Meals & Drinks : Dinner

• Day 2 : Kandy- Kalutara

  After breakfast, check out and transfer to Kalutara. Enroute you can enjoy a boat ride along the Madhu River (entrance
  fee not included). It is a scenic tour relaxing and interesting while passing many islets forested with mangroves and
  experience the natural rhythms as well. If you are looking for more exclusive experience visit the turtle hatchery too if
  time permits (Entrance fee not included). The Turtle Hatchery is the prime turtle nesting site which was open by the
  Wild life Protection Society in 1981. Visitors can see huge tanks filled with new born turtle hatchlings. After being fed,
  the baby turtles are taken to the sea and released when they are 2-4 days old, usually during the safer hours of
  darkness.) Dinner & overnight stay in Kalutara

• Day 3 : Kalutara to Colombo

  After breakfast, check out of hotel and transfer to Colombo hotel. Enroute you will have a city tour in Colombo where

  Trade Center towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, Independence Hall at Independence Square, and prominent
  Buddhist, Hindu, Islam and Christian places of worship. (Entrance fees to sites not included). For shopping, you may
  visit Odel, House of Fashion, Beverly Street, Majestic City, Noritake, etc. Dinner & overnight stay in Colombo

(All rates are valid on validity dates mentioned. Via.Com reserves the right to change Validity dates given
(The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults traveling together at all times. Surcharges for single passengers
opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking. The Single passenger cost
mentioned in the package is applicable for third passenger opting for Single room and not for only Single
passenger travelling.
(For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the
prices dynamic
(The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, trade fair period and black out
dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
(We are not holding any Hotel Blocks for this package. The rates are subject to availability of hotel
accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate
hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we
reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
(Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
(Check in time is any time after 2 PM (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). Check out time is
at 11 AM. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability.

(Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
(No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
(All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of
operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
(Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to
cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
(Rates and surcharges are subject to change without prior notice.
(Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which are mentioned in this package.
(As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is
generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary
according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be
offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
(Via.com is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
(Via.com shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, changes in schedule arising from factors
within or beyond our control.
(For travel to Sri Lanka, the traveler must hold a passport valid for 6 months from the date of return travel
and a valid Sri Lanka ETA.
(Baggage space is limited to the type of transportation booked.
(The rates for Colombo hotels are based on the current Government imposed minimum rates valid till 31st
October 2016. The Government has not taken a decision on the rates applicable from 01st May 2016
onward. If there is an increase, it might affect the Colombo hotel rate.

Note:
We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at
the time of confirmation .
First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall
advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
Itinerary provided is just suggestive and the sightseeing will be done as per availability.
In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels Policy and other
vendors policy.
