Triund is the crown jewel of dharamshala , situated in the laps of dhauladhar mountains, it has the perfect view of the dhauladhar mountains on one side and kangra valley on the other. Triund is a very popular trekking spot . Triund attracts a lot of tourist every year from India and all over the world .

Triund trek can be described as a tranquil trek which can be easily accomplished by almost all age groups . Triund has an unambiguous byway which goes through a beautiful mixed forest of oak, deodar and rhododendron . Trek is fairly easy for the first five kilometers but the last one kilometer may require a bit of toil , the last one kilometer is popularly know as the “22 curves” as it has 22 tiring curves before you finally reach Triund. Along the way there are many small chai shops where one can refresh during the hike. The traipse is worth it as the panorama when you reach triund is awe-inspiring and exhilarating .Triund is come-at-able for most part of the year except for when the byway to triund is cut off by heavy snowfall in the months of January and February . Trip to triund can be planed diversely.

Day 1

Delhi To Mcleodgunj And Walking Tour Of Mcleod Ganj

> Departure at 7:00 pm from Delhi by AC Volvo. (Previous day)
> Board the Volvo from Majnu Ka Tilla.
> Check in @ Hotel and relax.
> Opt to explore the mystical side over a Walking tour– visit to Namgyal Monastery, Dalai Lama's House, Tibetan Museum, St.John's Church Wilderness, Bhagsu Temple & Falls, Dhal Lake.
> Later try out some good food (own cost) at local cafés and restaurants - you might just end up with something bizarre but awesome on your plate, (Mcleodganj has a good variety of restaurants and cafes serving good Italian and Tibetan food).
> Return back to the hotel in the evening.
> Relax around a bonfire, music.

Guided Trek to Triund at 9:30 AM. Triund trek – route is exhilarating & super thrilling. Its about 9 km trek from Mcleodganj. One will find panoramic view from the hill top & highlights the unique charming beauty of Triund. Triund has an unambiguous byway which goes through a beautiful mixed forest of oak, deodar and rhododendron
On the way of Triund will have lunch at the midway of the trek.
Finally reach Triund for camping & night stay & enjoying beautiful views of Himalaya.
Dinner & rest

Activities : Camping , Hill Stations & Valleys , Trekking , Rock Climbing

Day 3

Come Back From Triund To Mcleodgunj And Transfer To Delhi

Breakfast and tea in the morning.
Want to visit Snow Line (5Kms), then leave early in the morning from Triund.
Return journey to Mcleodganj.
Depart to Delhi by 1 pm
