Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Vienna International Airport - Hotel (Vienna)

  On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by one of our representatives outside the exit gate. Just keep a look out for a friendly man
  holding a placard with your name on it. The representative will take you to your car, from where you’ll be whisked off to your
  hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please.

• Day 2 : City Tour &Schönbrunn (Vienna)

  This tour will give you an overall impression of the most significant historical sights of Vienna. Along the Ringstrasse we show
  you
  numerous grand buildings, such as the MAK, the State Opera House, the magnificent Museum of Fine Arts with its world famous
  art
  treasures of the Habsburgs and the Natural History Museum, the cultural district the MuseumsQuartier, the Hofburg (the former
  Habsburg winter residence), the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. The highlight of this tour will be a visit of the
  showrooms of Schönbrunn Palace, once the summer residence of the Habsburg family and home of Maria Theresia. On the way
  back
  to the opera we pass by the Belvedere Palace, the former summer residence of Prince Eugen, which houses the largest and the
  most
  precious Gustav Klimt collection in the world.

• Day 3 : Danube Valley (Vienna)

  Danube Valley
  A full-day excursion, which will show you the beauty of the Wachau. Through this romantic scenery full of history and legends the
  Danube winds its way past charming old villages and steep vineyards. The old castles tell us about the former importance of this
  tradeand traffic way, one of them -Dürnstein -especially famous, because here King Richard Lionheart was imprisoned, while
  waiting for his ransom to arrive from England, raised by his faithful Minstrel Blondel. During a romantic boat-trip the history comes
  alive. The heart of the Wachau is the old wine-merchants’ town Krems. The highlight of this excursion will be the visit of the
  Benedictine abbey of Melk, one of Austria´s most famous Baroque buildings, which together with the Wachau area, won the
  award for "Best Historic Destination of the World" in 2008. Possibility for lunch at the Abbey Restaurant at Melk.

• Day 4 : Day at Leisure in Vienna (Vienna)

  The day is free to spend as per your interests. We have nothing planned for today as far as sightseeing or activities are
  concerned, however your hotel accommodation remains same as chosen.

• Day 5 : Hotel - Vienna International Airport (Vienna)

  Today after breakfast , Check out from hotel and get transferred to the airport for your journey to further destination

After Confirmation:
1) Any service/services not availed from the above costing will deduct the
cost as per the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

• 15 Days prior to the starting date – 25% of the service cost.
• 7 Days prior to the starting date – 50% of the service cost.
• 5-7 Days prior to the starting date – 75% of the service cost.
• Less than 24 hours to 5 days prior to dept – 100% of the service cost.
Terms & Conditions:


• 50% advance of the total package cost before 30 Days asconfirmation from your side. And rest 50% on or before 15 Days .
• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1200 hrs noon but at some hotels it is 1400 hrs.
• Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by supplier and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
• Please note, we have allocation from the hotels mentioned. However in the rare event of any of the above mentioned hotels or room category booked not becoming available at the time of reconfirmation of the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
• In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour priceaccordingly.
