On arrival at Amritsar Railway Station or bus stand you will be greeted by our representative. Check in the hotel.Evening visit Wagah Border which is famous for its 'Retreat' ceremony at the time of sunset. During evening armed soldiers, both Indian as well as Pakistani, fully decked in their uniform enacts a particularly hostile parade marked by lowering of their respective flags and closing the border gates. The changing of the guards and the ceremonial lowering of the flags is carried out with great pomp and fervor. Later evening come back to hotel overnight stay at hotel

After delicious morning breakfast, Proceed for Day excursion in the city of Amritsar. Visit the beautiful Harmandir Sahib, also known as the Golden Temple. It is the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh religion. The main shrine itself is made of marble and it stands in the middle of a picturesque body of water. The community kitchen- the langar - provides free meals to everyone who wants or needs to eat there (on an average, 10,000 pilgrims and visitors eat here every day).
Then visit the Jallianwalah Bagh – a memorial to the hundreds of innocent Indians who were massacred by General Dyer in 1919. On April 13, thousands of people gathered in a peaceful assembly on the occasion of Baisakhi - a harvest festival - at the Jallianwala Bagh in the heart of Amritsar. Later visit the Durgiana Hindu temple which looks like a replica of the golden temple.
Later back to hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel .
